Ang controversial na si Dr. Vicki Belo ang sumalang sa "Gimme Mo" segment ni Mo Twister sa Showbiz Central kahapon, February 22. Ang ilan sa showbiz personalities na namili ng mga itatanong ni Mo sa kanya ay sina Regine Velasquez, Lorna Tolentino, Lolit Solis, Butch Francisco, at Richard Gomez.
Pauna na ni Mo, ito na raw yata ang isa sa pinakamahirap na interviews na gagawin niya. Hindi naman kasi lingid sa kaalaman ng lahat na si Vicki ang isa sa kinu-consider ni Mo na pinakamalapit niyang kaibigan.
Pagkatapos i-introduce ni Mo si Dra. Belo, the lady doctor asked Mo: "Hi, Mo, are we friend or foe?"
Sagot naman ni Mo, "I'm your friend. Kaya nga, I'm very, very nervous now. Siyempre, we're so close, and yet I'm gonna grill you. Kaya lang, no exception. Dapat matindi talaga."
Most Wanted Question No. 5: Sa lahat ng mga artista, kanino ka pinakanahirapan dahil sa dami ng dapat baguhin sa katawan niya?
"Number one, never na nahihirapan ang Belo Medical Group dahil napakagaling namin at kumpleto kami sa mga laser. Number two, kahit meron man artista na ganoon, hindi ko rin masasabi dahil sa patient-doctor confidentiality."
Pero ano ba ang napi-feel niya ngayong dumarami na ang competition ng Belo Medical Group? And, of course, their greatest rival is Calayan Surgicentre. Paramihan din sila ng artistang endorser. How does she feel 'pag sinasabi ng kabila na ang artista ko, mas maganda sa artista mo?
"Well, first of all, I feel kinda bad. Kasi, ako naman ang nag-umpisa ng mga bati-bati ng mga artista. I feel bad, kasi parang ginagaya lang nila ako. Sana naman, maghanap naman sila ng unique marketing... And I'd like to say, if you want to look like Boy Abunda, then go to Calayan. But if you like to look like Dingdong Dantes and Piolo Pascual, come to Belo," diretsahang pahayag ni Dra. Belo.
Natawa si Mo at sabay sabi ulit sa sinabi ni Dra. Belo.
"Joke lang yun ha... Pero Boy is the main endorser of Calayan, right?" bawi ni Dra. Belo.
"Dingdong is your main," dagdag naman ni Mo sa sinabi ni Dra. Belo.
Most Wanted Question No. 4: Sa tingin mo, kaya tumututol ang anak na si Cristalle sa dating boyfriend ni Vicki na si Hayden Kho ay dahil si Cristalle ang unang niligawan ni Hayden?
"You know, I'd like to clear that kasi it's so maling information," sabi ng beauty doctor. "Ang nangyari kasi, nag-meet kami ni Hayden sa isang UST [University of Sto. Tomas] contest, Mr. and Ms. Medicine. Pareho kaming doctor, pareho kaming judges. Dumaan siya, nagpalakpakan ang mga tao. Napaka-popular niya sa UST. Naintriga naman ako na sino itong taong ito.
"Anyway, I've found out na he's an intern at Makati Med. Nasa age na 25 to 26, and my daughter then was 23. So, sabi ko, 'Ay, bagay 'to. Naghahanap na ako... My daughter was taking pre-med, and then, hindi niya type, nag-quit. So, sabi ko, 'Sino kaya ang magte-takeover ng clinic ko ngayon?' The only thing that can happen is for Cristalle to marry a doctor, but hindi sila magkakilala ha, not at all.
"So, noong umuwi ako sa bahay, I told her, 'Cristalle, I've found na someone you can marry!' Cristalle was, 'Mommy, ano ba 'yang sinasabi mo?' So, I said, 'I've found this doctor, guwapo siya, matangkad, matalino, charming. So, 'yan, marry na lang a doctor kasi ayaw mong maging doctor.' And she said, 'Mommy naman, may boyfriend ako, si Jeff,' na we love very much. Pero sabi ko, 'Still, you meet him na lang kasi kailangan ko talaga ng doctor.' Sorry, Jeff, ha..." tuluy-tuloy na kuwento ni Dra. Belo.
So, ikaw ang nag-matchmaker?
"Ako ang nag-matchmaker," pagsang-ayon ni Dra. Belo. "It's not that they don't like each other, it's because my daughter is very faithful. And Hayden had a girlfriend naman at that time. Hayden will visit the clinic. So ako, 'Cristalle, what do you think?' So, she said, 'Mommy, he's cute but I have a boyfriend.' So, I'm proud of you, Cristalle, because you have the right values."
May suspetsa ka ba noon pa na hindi magiging tapat sa 'yo si Hayden?
"Alam mo talaga, most of the time, talagang wala," sagot ni Dra. Belo. "For such a long time, wala. Because he's the most caring, thoughtful boyfriend. And he's always with me. We're together at work, we're together at night.
"Pero one time, I went to Joyce Jimenez's wedding because I'm one of the ninangs. I was in the States and I only went there for four days, tapos six days supposedly. Parang may kutob lang ako na may nangyayari. So, binola-bola ko lang si Hayden na uuwi ako in six days, tapos umuwi ako in four days.
