Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo surprised everyone when they pulled off a wedding without a media circus surrounding the solemnity of the occasion. Instead of allowing live coverage at their wedding, the couple exercised full creative control of the videos and photos released to the media.
In its June issue, YES! brings you beautiful photos of the Juday-Ryan wedding—over 100 photos covering the wedding preparations, the church ceremony and the wedding sponsors, the breakfast and dinner receptions, and more. YES! also features an interview with the newlyweds and an exclusive interview with their parents.
Aside from the exclusive peek into Juday and Ryan’s wedding, YES! catches Willie Revillame aboard his yachts in the waters of Boracay. M/V Wow Cruiser is the bigger of the two yachts and features six cabins, its own toilet and bath, an entertainment system, three dining areas, a poker room, and lounging areas.
“Bakit ka pa kukuha ng hotel, di ba?” Willie says about the amenities of this yacht, which also tows his rubber boat, jet ski, and banana boat. The M/V Wow Cruiser II is equally impressive with its custom-made white couches and wooden floors.
YES! also brings you on an exclusive tour of the home of Marvin Agustin. He invested quite a lot in renovating his current residence, a rented bungalow in White Plains. As he says, “Noong nagpunta ako dito, sira-sira na. ‘Yong ceiling, bagsak na ‘yong iba, puro stain from the rain.”
Today, the home boasts a swimming pool with Color Logic pool LED lights, walls painted like the rooms in Paris’ Le Grand Hotel, furniture by Djer Paras and Kenneth Cobonpue, and Marvin’s artwork collection. He made an offer to buy the house from its owners, but since they refused to sell, Marvin is looking to build his dream home in two years. Everything in the house is something he can bring into his dream home.
“Pag nagpagawa man ako o bumili ako, I make it a point na pang-matagalan na,” he says, “At the same time, hindi ako ganoon ka-trendy. Hindi ganoon ‘yong taste ko.”
