What made him decide to run, to think na bata pa naman siya?
"Yung potential natin as a nation, yung talent na nandito yung resources natin. Basta gusto kong makatulong kasi there's no other time to change but now and feeling ko makakatulong ako."
Kaya ba niyang pagsabayin ang showbiz at politics, if ever? "Feeling ko kaya ko naman.
"Gusto ko pa ngang mag-aral pero ide-defer ko na lang muna kasi dapat this year mag-masters ako, dati Management Economics ako sa Ateneo.
"Ang plano ko i-masters sa Business Ad. MBA, Masters in Business Administration, either of the two, UP [University of the Philippines] or Ateneo, siguro next year na.
Pero kaya naman yun as far as time management is concerned."
Isa si Alfred sa mga lead stars ng soap opera ng GMA-7, All About Eve na pinagbibidahan rin nina Sunshine Dizon, Mark Anthony Fernandez at Iza Calzado. Kasama rin dito sina Jean Garcia, Richard Gomez and Eula Valdes.
