"Unchanging Love."
Ang sabi ng 47-year-old performer, "Nobody approached me. Just my idea to write them a wedding song. I just asked them through text, 'Would you mind if I write you a wedding song?' And Judy Ann was so embarrassed, she was so hiya. I'm glad they accepted my offer to give them a wedding song."
Ayon sa post ng isang nagngangalang Yupeh (published as is):
"This is some wedding I really admire [the Judy Ann-Ryan wedding]. One thing just pissed me off. Martin Nievera (a popular singer here) 'composed' a song for the newly-weds titled 'Unchanging Love'. AND HELL YEAH, he somewhat copied, not just the title, but the melody and some English lyrics of JYONGRI's song 'Unchanging Love-Kimi ga ireba.'"
Ini-release ng kumpanya niyang EMI Music Japan ang awiting "Unchanging Love-Kimi ga ireba" noong June 4 last year.
Matapos pakinggan ang dalawang version, kapansin-pansin ang pagkakahawig nga ng dalawang awitin (Click to listen to Martin's version and Jyongri's version).
"It's a Japanese song that my bosses from PolyEast Records requested me to have an English version for Zsa Zsa Padilla's new album. Zsa Zsa is a new artist now of PolyEast. They asked me to make a song for her album. At the same time, it's also my gift for Juday and Ryan.
"But the lyrics of the song is not a translation of the Japanese song. It's totally different. It has a different meaning which I adjusted for Juday and Ryan kasi nga, it was my gift for them on their wedding."
Minsan, kasama ang right to redo, revise, edit—maging ang translation.)
"I also plan to include the song for my next album," dagdag pa ni Martin.
