ahihihihihi......cnu ngayon ang tunay n numero uno!!!!!s mega ang agwat ng GMA at ABS halos dikit lang......hindi p kasama ang mga TV n walang panel meter...pagdating naman s nationwide....ang layo ng difference ng rating ng ABS kumpara s katapat n network nito...hindi mo masabing dikit ang laban s milya milyang agwat nito.....kumusta naman un.....

why mas naghihit ang movies ng abs-cbn. because most of the class A-B are kapamilyas and they are the ones who can easily pay for the movie tickets.

pero movie revenues now are only a small fraction of a tv network's revenues so mas importante pa rin ang tv ratings kasi 80-85 of a network's revenues are from ad placements especially now that even the class Camp;D markets are already attracted by hollywood films because of the internet. that is why mas malaki ang income ng GMA kasi the ratings in metro manila are what matters most to advertisers when it comes to placing ads. but when it comes to getting endorsers, NUTAM ratings would matter most.

remember, if you get an endorser, hindi lang sa tv ang kanilang ad placement. meron din sa print ads, sa mga street posters, etc. so mas cost effective sa mga companies ang kumuha ng endorser sa abs-cbn kasi isa lang ang bayad sa talent pero hagip na lahat ng media for advertisements tv, print and radio

Bakit mas maraming commercials ang ABS-CBN talents? answer: because abs-cbn shows have high ratings in NUTAM so if you're an advertiser, you will get a talent who is well known nationwide. you only pay the talent a lump sum amount and the influence the endorser has is already nationwide.

Why mas marami commercials ng GMA sa mega manila? For ad minutes on tv, iba ang bayad sa metro manila, iba pa ang bayad ng advertiser sa regional tv stations. if you go to the provinces iba ang ads ng tv shows dun kasi dagdag na bayad pa pag nagpa ad ka sa regional tv. since mas malaki ang market ng metro manila, mas malaki ang ad revenues ng gma. pero mas marami ang commercials ng abs talents because may nationwide appeal sila plus mas well known sila sa mga OFWs.

guys, a few points to ponder upon

gt;gt; GMA is truly 1 then why:

1. Bibihira lamang sa kanila ang nagkakaroon ng commercial as compared to the stars of ABS whose talent fees are even higher? 1 ang MANGARAP nina aljur at kris but nakikita ba natin sila sa commercial? Sina sunshine dizon? Even si Jolina? Bakit most of the tv commercials are dominated by ABS talents.

2. Kahit pagdating sa music, bakit bibihira lang sa mga taga GMA ang nakakapagpagold man lang ng album as compared sa mga taga-DOS na halos lahat na lang nang maglaunch ng album e nakaka-at-least gold? Tapos SOP is always claiming to be the number 1? I just don't see the logic.

3. Bakit kahit sa movies? di rin ganong bumebenta yung ginagwa ng GMA as compared sa movies ng ABS. Tingin ko napa-illogical for GMA to claim that they're 1 when they can't even prove it but only in the TV ratings.

Are tv rating enough? OR is it the true reflection of being number 1?

mangyari po lamang n aminin nio nang inuunti unti ng ABS ang GMA.........aligaga ever n naman!!!!mapapatunayan ang pagiging aligaga nito s paglabas or pagbabalita nila ng mga comparative chuchu rating.......ahihihihihihi...pati lenght of operation ng AGB at TNS kinumpara, parang pinalabas nila n mas kapanipaniwala ang AGB kumpara s TNS dahil s mas marami daw subscribers ang AGB!!!!???ay naku ito ang resulta ng pagtaob ng mga programa ng ABS s katapat nitong network!!!!Goodluck...

Sabi ko n nga b!!!naging aligaga ang GMA s nagyaring pagtaob ng ABS shows nito s katapat n network...akalain mong naglabas cla ng comparative rating..of course cla panalo dun..pero hindi maitatangging nataranta ang GMA....naikumpara p ang AGB s TNS pagdating s lenght of service pero, pinalabas nila n mas marami subscribers ng AGB,.ang sakin lang malamang n mas marami ang subscribers ng AGB kase matagal n nga cla kumpara s TNS n halos 2 years p lang, ang sakin lang expected n konti p lang kasi 2 years p nga lang...pero ang sakin lang hindi basehan ang paramihan ng subscribers ng TNS or AGB, isa lang ang bottom line dito at yun ay ang RATING, the fact n umangat muli ang ABS!!!at bakit ngayon lang nilalabas ng GMA ang ganitong mga issue?!dahil b napataob ng kapamilya network ang mga shows nito nung nakaraang linggo?!or humihingi ule cla ng simpatiya s manonood?! aminin n naten n naging aligaga ang GMA s nakaraang linggo s pagtaas ng rating ng mga programa ng kapamilya network!!!
