Kris, be supportive of your brother by staying in the background and cease from making statements that just humiliates him to no end. You have quite a reputation of making statements without thinking if it will be helpful or hurtful then you resort to making amends and apologizing afterwards.
Goodluck to Noynoy and other aspirants. It would still be up to us, the Filipino voters, whether we make a smart decision on who is going to be the next leader of our corrupt people. It's the people, not the politicians, are the one to be smart. Let's not be as gullible as before.

I have lived in the US for 39 years now and still have mispronounced a lot of English words. I have never been critized for this as bad as our filipino friends did with Noynoy's pronounciation of the word fishbowl. I wish I heard how he pronounced it. Actually, the word BOWL, is one of the very first words that my friends have corrected. I pronounced it BAWL when I got here. However, the real pronounciation of bowl is closer to the word BALL with a little curl of the tongue at the end of the word. Could Noynoy have pronounced it correctly and our writer, who most likely have been pronouncing it wrong, have misinterpreted and spelled the word wrong? The benefit of the doubt is there and let's give Noynoy a chance.
