"I think it's safe to say na we're not rushing into anything siguro, which is advice din naman ng lahat ng tao," said Anne Curtis about her reconciliation with former boyfriend Sam Milby.

"Hindi naman namin dine-deny na we get to hang out again," said Anne to the media after the set visit on her newest TV program called Showtime this morning at ABS-CBN compound in Quezon City.
She added, "He took the initiative naman na, you know, um-effort na parang nag-aaya na lumabas. Noong time na 'yon kasi hindi na talaga kami nag-uusap, e. So, at least, may ganun nga."
If the former couple almost lost contact after the breakup, now it's different. Anne said she has learned to accept the things that happened between her and Sam.
Anne related, "Natatawa nga ako, sabi ko sa kanya, 'Naku, noong last year, kinailangan ko pang mag-New York dahil sa'yo!' Ngayon nakakapagbiruan na lang ng mga ganyan. Sabi naman niya, 'Yeah, you know, you were not the only one who had a hard time.' Sabi ko, 'No, it's okay, I can laugh about it now.' Pero noong panahon na iyon, 'Oh my God!'"
GETTING BACK TOGETHER? Now that they've renewed their friendship, will this also lead to a second time around?
"Ganun ba 'yon?" Anne asked with a smile. Then she said, "Well, let's just see kung ano'ng mangyayari. I mean, I think it's safe to say kasi na hindi namin minamadali. Di ba, ang daming nagmamadali na basta okay na, balikan na."
She also stressed, "I think it's safe to say na we're not rushing into anything siguro, which is advice din naman ng lahat ng tao."
The former Dyosa star was honest enough to say that her breakup with Sam could be the hardest that she had. But it taught her a lesson about relationships.
"Madugo talaga siya," she described. "Pero, you know, I think it adds to your maturity. Kasi, sobra naman kaming nag-grow noong time apart namin."
This one, it took a while talaga. Nag-move on na talaga ako."
LOVE FOR SAM. Although Anne has already moved on with her life after her romantic relationship with Sam, she said that her love for the Pop Icon would never fade.
"Alam mo, hindi naman talaga mawawala 'yon. But when I decided to move on, ni-let go ko na ang hoping na ganyan, 'Ay, naku, tigilan na 'to!' Nag-move on na talaga ako.
"You know, the love, it's still there but it's not parang [pressured] na dapat may something. Parang hindi ko bibigyan ng meaning 'yong mga effort niya hangga't tumutodo talaga siya, ganun. Kung meron, okay lang. Kung wala, okay na ako kung wala. Pero kung dati 'to, parang hindi ko kaya.
Lastly, she reiterated, "I guess it's safe to say na, of course, the love is there. Parang just the same love I have for sinaunang Oyo pa is there. Pero hindi na siya yung kailangan nasa life ko siya. Kaya ko naman kahit wala."
