Nakausap ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ang aktres na si Lotlot de Leon via Yahoo! Messenger kaninang tanghali, November 23. Sa kanya namin nalaman na maayos na muli ang sitwasyon sa pagitan nila ng kanyang ina na si Nora Aunor.
Parehong nasa U.S. ngayon sina Lotlot at Nora. Nasa New York si Lotlot at nasa Los Angeles naman ang Superstar.
Ayon sa kuwento ni Lotlot, "Basta tinawagan ko siya nung pagdating ko sa New York. Tumawag ako, tapos sabi niya, 'Who's this?' Sabi ko, 'Ma, si Lot.' Tapos sabi niya, 'Anak!' Nagulat siya, tapos yun, tuluy-tuloy na. Maganda at super-maayos ang pag-uusap namin."
Nagkaiyakan din daw silang mag-ina sa muli nilang pag-uusap.
"Siyempre. Tapos sabi niya, huwag na nga daw umiyak, tapos nagtawanan na kami. Nagsabihan pa kami ng madaming 'I love you!' at kalimutan na kung ano man yung mga nangyaring hindi maganda."
Pagkatapos daw ng pag-uusap nilang yun ay maraming beses pa silang nagkausap. Maligayang-maligaya si Lotlot sa mga pangyayari.
"Yes, happy, super-duper!" sambit niya.
Ayon pa kay Lotlot, "mission accomplished" na siya.
"Na maayos ang lahat, na maging okay na kami nang mommy ko. I think isa talaga yun sa dahilan ng pagpunta ko dito. Siyempre, hindi ko naman palalagpasin na hindi kami magkita.
"Sa totoo lang, okay na ako, mas magaan sa puso. Nanay ko, e. Kahit naman ano pa ang mga nangyari, pamilya is pamilya. Mahal ko ang nanay ko!" diin pa ni Lotlot.
Pati raw ang mga anak ni Lotlot na nandito sa Pilipinas ay natuwa nang nalaman ang nangyari.
"Palagi ko silang ka-chat," banggit ng aktres.
Isa pang magandang balita ni Lotlot ay magkikita raw sila ng kanyang ina sa Pasko.
"Magkasama kami sa Pasko, dun ako sa kanya magki-Christmas," sabi niya. "I can't wait to see her. Dapat punta na ako ng L.A. ng first week ng November. But sabi ko, wait ko na lang nga siya kasi may shooting siya dito ng movie with Direk Lav Diaz.
"E, kung matatagalan pa bago simulan yung movie, sabi ko pupuntahan ko na siya sa L.A. para magkasama kami sa Pasko. So, pupuntahan ko na siya bago mag-Christmas."
Ilang taon na ba silang hindi nagkikita?
"Since nung umalis siya... kailan ba... '04? I'm not sure, matagal na."
May plano din daw silang mag-show sa U.S.
"Sana maayos na mga shows namin ni Mommy. Wala pa, inaayos pa lang. Sabi ni Mommy meron daw next year. Sana matuloy."
Naitanong din namin kay Lotlot ang tungkol sa kumalat na balitang buntis siya kaya siya nagpunta sa U.S.
