Nakatanggap ng report ang PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) na nag-voluntary surrender si Hayden Kho, kasama ang mga abugado niya, sa Pasig Regional Trial Court Branch 159 kahapon, January 5.
Sa nakalap na impormasyon ng PEP, noong December 28, 2009 pa nag-order ng warrant of arrest ang Pasig RTC para kay Hayden. Pero nag-post na nga ng cash bond o bail kahapon si Hayden kung kaya't na-lift at na-set aside na ang kanyang warrant of arrest. Hayden posted a P20,000 cash bond.
Sa February 23 naman naka-schedule ang kanilang arraignment.
Ang naturang warrant of arrest kay Hayden ay may kinalaman sa kasong Violation of Republic Act No. 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women & Their Children Act) na isinampa ni Katrina Halili laban sa cosmetic surgeon dahil sa palihim na pagkuha nito ng video sa kanilang pagtatalik. Ang naturang sex video ay kumalat sa Internet at naging national issue noong nakaraang taon.
Kaugnay ng pagpu-post ng bail ni Hayden ay nakakuha ang PEP ng maikling pahayag mula sa legal counsel ni Katrina na si Atty. Raymund Palad.
Ayon sa kanya, "From the start, we are confident that the Court will deny the dilatory motion [delaying tactic] of Hayden to determine probable cause and to dismiss criminal case. Now, our task is to see to it that justice is served so that Hayden will be convicted by the Court and sent to Muntinlupa Penitentiary as soon as possible."
