Lovi Poe's life has been somewhat stressful of late, being the subject of nasty rumors that she was in a relationship with an already hitched guy and that she accepted expensive gifts from ex-boyfriend Jolo Revilla.

"For me, I am who I am," Lovi simply said when notified of the spreading rumors. "Kung may naninira, ipagdarasal ko na lang sila dahil para sa akin, alam ko ang totoo at alam din ni Jolo ang totoo. Iyon ang importante sa akin."

Has the issue affected her rumored suitor Ronald Singson?

"I try not to let anything else affect me and people around me," said Lovi. "Ako masaya at tahimik lang akong tao. Even though you push me to the edge to say, defend myself, hindi ko gagawin iyon para lang i-save ang sarili ko."

After Jolo, Lovi revealed that she was ready to entertain suitors but made it clear that those suitors would have to wait for a long time.

RUMOR SUPPOSEDLY TRACED TO MAUI. One of the rumors about Lovi supposedly came from Maui Taylor. A tabloid article written by Startalk co-host Lolit Solis last January 8, 2010 stated that Maui was behind the rumor because Maui was angry at Lovi for being with Ronald whom the sexy star once dated.

But when presented with this news, Maui said, "First things first, hindi ko kilala si Lovi. I have never met her and seen her personally. Ronald and I have been friends for the longest time. It is true that we went out for quite some time pero nothing happened out of it. Hindi naging kami and we were just going out. Pero naging kami? Wala. So, sana huwag na akong idamay sa issue na hindi ako dapat kasali.

"Ang mayroon sa kanila [Lovi and Ronald], wala na akong kinalaman doon. Buhay niya iyan at hindi ako kasama doon."
