Mananatiling Kapuso ang actress-TV host na si Carmina Villarroel.
Sa photo release na ipinadala ng GMA Network sa PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ngayong araw, February 9, ay nabanggit na pumirma kamakailan si Carmina ng two-year exclusive contract sa Kapuso network.
Kasamang pumirma ni Carmina ng kontrata ang top executives ng GMA-7 na sina Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, Chairman, President and CEO of GMA Network; Gilberto R. Duavit, Jr., EVP and COO; at Wilma V. Galvante, GMA Network Senior Vice President for Entertainment; at ang manager ng aktres na si Dolor Guevarra.
Matagal nang usap-usapan kung mananatili ba sa GMA-7 si Carmina pagkatapos magsara ng early morning talk show nila ng magkapatid na sina Janice at Gelli de Belen, ang SiS, noong January 1, 2010. May lumabas kasing report na babalik na ang actress-TV host sa ABS-CBN.
Lalo pang umigting ang balitang paglipat diumano ni Carmina sa Kapamilya network nang aminin ng mister niyang si Zoren Legaspi sa hiwalay na interview ng PEP na may offer pareho ang ABS-CBN at GMA-7 sa kanyang asawa. (CLICK HERE to read related story.)
Ayon pa nga kay Zoren, "Pero pinag-iisipan kasi 'yan, e. Hindi lang basta pera. Kung saan ka siyempre masaya, kung saan ka komportable, ayun...kung alin ang mas makakabuti."
Pero idinagdag din ni Zoren na sa huli ay siya talaga ang magdedesisyon kung mananatili sa GMA-7 si Carmina o lilipat sa ABS-CBN. Ito ay sa kabila ng may manager na humahawak sa career ng kanyang misis.
Paliwanag ni Zoren, 'Si Tita Dolor [Guevarra] ang manager niya. Pero at the end of the day... Ako yung pinaka-final opinion with regards to any matter, kahit commercial niya. Ako pa rin ang final say... But marunong naman si Tita Dolor. Normally, kung ano ang desisyon ni Tita Dolor, nagse-second the motion ako kasi may nakikita akong tama naman."
At sa huli nga ay napagdesisyunan nila na manatiling isang Kapuso si Carmina.
Kasama si Carmina sa telefantasya na The Last Prince at sunud-sunod din ang product endorsements nilang mag-anak.
