The 10^th anniversary of FHM-Philippines held last March 11 at the NBC Tent in Taguig City would not be complete without controversial sexy actress Katrina Halili.

Despite the steady increase of worthy young vixens in the last two years, Katrina's unprecedented back-to-back feat as the magazine's Sexiest Woman remains a tough act to follow.

Katrina's rare achievement in 2006 and 2007 automatically propelled her inclusion in FHM's Sexiest Women of the Decade list as determined by the magazine's editorial team.

With the names of Bangs Garcia, Jackie Rice, Iwa Moto, and reigning Sexiest Woman titlist Cristine Reyes emerging as early favorites to take home the honor, many wonder if Katrina is thinking about reclaiming her throne as FHM's finest.

"Depende naman sa fans 'yon kung ibuboto pa rin nila ako and hindi rin naman po ako nakikipag-compete kahit kanino," said Katrina to the members of the entertainment press at the anniversary party.

NOT LETTING UP. At present, Katrina is still caught up in her legal battle against erstwhile doctor Hayden Kho over the filming and eventual proliferation of their intimate moments shared during their clandestine affair.

Katrina filed a case against Kho at the Pasig Regional Trial Court for alleged violation of Republic Act No. 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act).

The pre-trial of the case happened last March 8 with the next court hearing scheduled on April 5.

The libel case filed by Katrina against Hayden's mother, Irene Kho, has also been endorsed by the Department of Justice (DOJ), reversing the initial ruling issued by the Quezon City Regional Trial Court which had dismissed the suit for "lack of probable cause."

Mrs. Kho publicly branded Katrina as a "bad influence" on her son for allegedly introducing him to illegal drugs.

Katrina was not able to escape questions about Kho at FHM's 10^th anniversary celebration.

But she begged off, "Ayoko po magsalita tungkol sa kaso ko. Pero maganda din na 'yong mga pinaglalaban ko may mga pinatunguhan po."

She talked briefly about facing Hayden and his lawyer in court soon.

"Kailangan mong i-ready 'yong sarili mo dahil alam kong mabigat na naman, alam kong masi-stress na naman po ako kasi uulit-ulitin na naman 'yong mga nangyari," said Katrina.

She also avoided any comment on Hayden's renewed closeness with popular cosmetic surgeon and ex-girlfriend, Vicki Belo. At the time of Katrina and Hayden's affair, Hayden was widely known as the boyfriend of Vicki.
