Mananatiling Kapamilya ang premiere leading man ng ABS-CBN na si Piolo Pascual.
Ito ang pahayag ng ABS-CBN, sa pamamagitan ng official statement na ipinadala ng Corporate Communications head nitong si Bong Osorio sa media, kaugnay ng mga lumabas na reports na nagpaparamdam diumano si Piolo sa GMA-7 upang mangibang-bakod.
Ayon sa ABS-CBN, "Piolo Pascual is happy as an exclusive contract artist of ABS-CBN. Star Magic is amused with stories of Piolo sending feelers to rival networks. He has a full line up of television projects with ABS-CBN and any movement is currently out of the question."
Nang lumabas sa ilang tabloids ang tungkol diumano sa pagpaparamdam ni Piolo sa Kapuso network ay marami agad ang hindi naniwala. Bukod kasi sa established na ang estado ni Piolo bilang isa sa pangunahing leading man ng ABS-CBN ay may mga nakalinya na siyang proyekto ngayong taon.
Bagamat sa ASAP XV lang siya napapanoood sa kasalukuyan, nakatakda nang simulan ni Piolo ang isang primetime TV series kasama ang child sensations na sina Zaijian Jaranilla ng May Bukas Pa at Xyriel Anne Manabay ng Agua Bendita. (CLICK HERE to read related story.)
