Si Annabelle Rama mismo ang nagbalita sa PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) tungkol sa desisyon ng Department of Justice (DOJ) na ibasura ang kasong Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide na isinampa ni Lorayne Pardo laban sa kanyang anak na si Richard Gutierrez. Nalaman ng PEP ang balita nang dumating kaninang hapon, March 17, si Annabelle sa presscon ng Nokia para kay Ruffa Gutierrez sa Garden Ballroom ng Edsa Shangri-la Hotel.
Ayon kay Annabelle, ang legal counsel ni Richard ang nagparating sa kanya ng balita.
Tuwang-tuwa si Annabelle sa naging desisyon ng DOJ at halos hindi raw nakapagsalita si Richard nang tawagan niya sa telepono.
Mababa ang boses ni Annabelle nang sabihin nito na nagpapasalamat siya sa Diyos dahil isa-isa nang nasasagot ang kanyang mga dasal—ang pagkakasundo ng PEP at ng kanyang pamilya, ang pagkakaloob ng korte kay Ruffa ng sole custody ng dalawang anak nito, at ang pag-dismiss ng DOJ sa kaso ni Lorayne laban kay Richard.
Mismong si outgoing DOJ Secretary Agnes Devanadera ang pumirma sa five-page resolution na nagpapawalang-sala kay Richard.
Isinumite ni Secretary Devanadera noong February 24, 2010 ang kanyang resignation bilang miyembro ng kabinete ni President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo alinsunod sa ruling ng Supreme Court na ang lahat ng appointed officials na nag-file ng certificates of candidacy para sa May 10, 2010 elections ay dapat magbitiw sa kanilang mga puwesto. Si Solicitor General Alberto Agra ang papalit sa puwesto ni Devanadera.
Tumatakbong congresswoman si Devanadera sa lalawigan ng Quezon ngayong eleksiyon.

In other words, your hands are also stained with blood, your fingers with guilt, in killing the life of Nomar.
May the guilty be brought to justice.
The suggestions I have enumerated maybe small BUT they will make a difference in trying to get rid of the undesirable members that pollute our society and the political landscape.

Marami sa atin dito sa PEP ang punong puno na at sawang sawa na sa mga ganitong kaso...let us try and do our share - and do what needs to be done. NOW NA!
1 We should stop patronizing the products endorsed by the Gutierrez family and the other wards of Annabelle Rama.
2 Multinationals and other companies should stop employing Gutierrez family and the other wards of Rama as their spokesperson or product endorser.
3 People should stop watching/ reading the TV shows and newspapers where the Gutierrez family is featured.
4 Not to vote for Revilla, Velasco, Devenadera and the other big wigs in their respective political parties. Hindi naman gagalaw si Velasco at Devenadera kung walang blessings sa mas malalaking isda sa partido nila.
5 The BIR should perform an exhaustive audit on the finances of the Gutierrez. They have been charged with tax evasion in 2005 - so I dont think it will be surprising if they find them guilty of the same thing.
And then - you wont be surprised with what happened to this case in a town named Cavite.
Mukhang napaka loyal ng Cavite to the Gutierrez family kaya naman even on live TV at the Buzz - 2nd princess said something to this effect many months ago - Salamat to Senator Revilla sa lahat ng tulong niyo. Alam mo naman Kris - di ba - pag kapatid you will do anything for them.
Ruffa - your brother killed someone through his recklessness. Anong ginawa ni Noynoy sa pamilya mo para ipahiya ng nanay mo? WALA.
Kaya dapat lang na walang supportang makuha ang mga taong tumulong sa inyo sa kasong ito - si Revilla at ang partido niya!
