Comedienne and TV host Pokwang (right, with Kris Aquino) was happy that Pampanga was sporting her favorite color yesterday, May 5.

"Ay, wala akong masabi 'no? Speechless. Thank you so much, mga Kapampangan," she said.

Taking a break from her busy schedule, comedienne and TV host Pokwang visited San Fernando, Pampanga yesterday, May 5, to accompany Kris Aquino and other celebrities in campaigning for Liberal Party standard bearers Noynoy Aquino and Mar Roxas.

PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) caught up with Pokwang onstage to talk to her about her campaign experience. Although she is one of the co-hosts of Willie Revillame, an endorser of Manny Villar, in Wowowee, Pokwang said she knows her "true colors."

I love sunrise!" she declared cheerfully.

Pokwang said she never hesitated to attend her first Noynoy rally out of gratitude for the Aquinos.

Besides, Pokwang said Willie does not mind if his colleagues are not "orange."

Shifting gears, we asked Pokwang why Willie was absent in that day's episode of the ABS-CBN noontime show. The outspoken TV host is currently involved in a controversy wherein he actually threatened to resign from Wowowee. (CLICK HERE to read related story)

But Pokwang cut our interview abruptly. Well, anyway, yun na 'yon. Thank you," she said.
