Sam Milby has already admitted that he has been dating American singer-songwriter Marie Digby. She is best known for her acoustic cover version of Rihanna's "Umbrella."

For her part, Marie also considers Sam Milby to be one of the kindest persons she has ever met. Her statement about Sam was broadcast on Showbiz News Ngayon (SNN) last night, June 14.
"I care very much about him and the last thing I want is to make this story or issue any bigger that it," she said. "Also, it would sadden me for anyone to ever think that I am seeking any kind of media attention in connection to my knowing him. Although I haven't known Sam for a very long time, what I have found is that he is one of the kindest, most generous, and respectful men I have ever met.
"We began talking, thanks to our mutual friend KC [Concepcion] who is absolutely lovely! I liked Sam very much. And it's just unfortunate that we live half a world apart. I'm not sure what the future holds but for the time being, I truly enjoy the time we spend together."
