During the launch of Survivor Philippines: Celebrity Showdown last night, August 23, StarStruck V Avenger and young actress Princess Snell was tagged as the reality show's resident "pasaway." PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) talked to Princess during the presscon to ask her how she got the tag.
Princess, 18, said it has something to do with her personality.
"The thing is, ako yung tao na hindi showbiz," she explained. "Pag may gusto akong sabihin, sasabihin ko kaagad. The thing is that in showbiz, parang mapapaaway yung iba, I'm not like that.
Princess said she just wants to stay true to herself.
"Well, kasi for me, if you don't like me, I'm not gonna talk to you anymore kasi you don't like me. Magmatigasan tayo," she said.
But Princess said she has not figured in another fight after StarStruck V, where she said she had a fight with another contestant.
"Mabait naman ako. Wala naman."
She's also not a troublemaker, she added.
"Hindi nga, e. Para nga akong multo sa lahat. May sarili akong mundo. Parang sige, gawin n'yo 'yan, mag-away kayo. Multo lang ako. I'm the most, ako yung pinakawalang pakialam sa mundo."
JOINING SURVIVOR. Princess said she did joined Survivor Philippines without second thought. "Sa akin kasi, when I was offered, after that, 'Yes!' Hindi na ako nag-isip."
She admitted, however, that she missed some of her projects in GMA-7, like Bubble Gang, where she is a regular guest star.
I am gonna be there after this, pero parang sa akin, natengga ako," she said.
But being a Survivor castaway is a priceless experience for her.
Iba 'to... Hindi talaga 'to showbiz, siyempre may camera, artista kayo, pero ito yung totoong tao," she said.
Princess just hopes for more projects after Survivor.
"For me, ang gusto kong marating, is magkaroon ako ng magandang project na maibigay sa akin. I'm not saying na this [Survivor] is not a project for me, pero ang sinasabi ko lang, I'm just here waiting.
