Kahapon, October 15, ay nagsampa ang ABS-CBN ng motion to resolve sa Quezon City Regional Trial Court (QCRTC) upang pigilan ang pag-ere ng Willing Willie, ang bagong show ng dating talent nitong si Willie Revillame sa TV5, sa October 23.
Ito ay matapos hindi magbigay ng desisyon ang nasabing hukuman sa petition for temporary restraining order (TRO) at writ of preliminary injunction na isinampa ng ABS-CBN laban sa comedian at TV host.
Matatandaang sinabi ni Judge Luisito Cortez ng QCRTC Branch 84, sa hearing para sa nasabing TRO noong October 8, na sa dulo pa ng buwang ito niya dedesisyunan ang nasabing TRO. Samakatuwid, matutuloy ang premiere airing ng Willing Willie sa October 23, Sabado. (CLICK HERE to read related story)
Sa motion to resolve na isinampa ng ABS-CBN kahapon, sinabi nito sa korte na may "urgency" upang ilabas ang desisyon bago pa man maiere ang bagong variety show ni Willie sa TV5.
October 4 pa isinampa ng ABS-CBN ang TRO laban kay Willie. Ayon sa network, nakapirma pa ang Tv host sa kanila ng kontrata hanggang September 2011 kaya't hindi siya dapat gumawa ng programa o lumabas sa ibang network.
Nagsimula ang gulo sa pagitan ni Willie at ng network noong May 4 nang bantaan ni Willie ang management ng ABS-CBN na magre-resign siya mula sa programang Wowowee kung hindi mapapatalsik ang showbiz commentator na si Jobert Sucaldito. Matapos nito, hindi na lumabas si Wilie sa nasabing programa hanggang napalitan ito ng Pilipinas, Win na Win noong July 31. (CLICK HERE to read related story.)
Noong August 9, nagpa-presscon naman si Willie upang i-announce ang pagpapaalam niya sa ABS-CBN. Nagsampa rin si Wilie ng kaso laban sa ABS-CBN upang matapos na ang kanyang kontrata. (CLICK HERE to read related story.)

I WONDER WHAT COULD BE STATED IN A 139 PAGE COUNTERCLAIM. I get reminded of a large present filled with shredded paper and in the middle, a box wrapped with a hundred wrapping paper and in all that effort to open only to reveal a lollipop.
You can sugar coat the facts of the case but in the end the facts will remain the same. ABS-CBN breach the contract with Mr. Revillame by replacing it with PWNW. PERIOD.
JUDGMENT TO PLAINTIFF, TRO DENIED
justice delayed is justice denied....what is the point of issuing the injunction if willy will be allowed to start his show...it is d umb as it defeats the purpose. the case is still up in the air and for willy to once again ignore everyone is pure arrogance. why can't a judge makes ruling anyway...it is a simple case...which ever direction it goes, it is fine but delaying judgment is bad news.
JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED,MAYBE ITS TIME TO REMOVED THE THE BLINDFOLD OF THE LADY OF JUSTICE, BLIND LADY CAN'T ACT SWIFTLY ONCRIMINAL CASES. THIS IS THE MAJOR MAJOR REASON WHY CRIMINALS EASILY RUN AWAY FROM JUSTICE.
