Napaiyak si Pia Guanio dahil sa VTR greeting ng dalawang kasamahan niya sa 24 Oras na sina Mike Enriquez at Mel Tiangco bago siya interbyuhin ng co-hosts niya sa Showbiz Central kahapon, October 17.

Isa si Pia sa pinaka-visible na personalities sa TV. Araw-araw (from Monday to Friday) napapanood siya sa noontime show na Eat Bulaga! at sa primetime newscast na 24 Oras. Tuwing Linggo naman, sa showbiz talk show na Showbiz Central.

During her downtime, nahihiga na lang ba siya at natutulog? Ano ang kadalasan niyang ginagawa?

"Well, the good thing about it is I know what time yung work ko ends. So, I can still make plans after that. After 24 Oras, kung late dinner with friends or if I'm really up to it and I'm not so tired, I can even go out.

"May buhay pa naman ako. It's just not so often because I still have to be hyper and up and about for live show. Hindi puwedeng aantok-antok," sabi niya.

WHAT WILL SHE GIVE UP? Nakikita naman na at this point, very career-oriented pa rin si Pia. But if she would be asked to slow down a little and give up something for her personal life, ano kaya yung igi-give up niya?

"Well, I think I never have to give up something for that. Parang I think, anything naman that is very important to you, you will make time for it. And I hate being idle. Talagang yun ang number one kong kalaban.

"I think vacation always feels better when you're so stressed out and harassed before that. But if it's vacation all the time, you'll get tired of it. Parang I think, in the future, when you decide to settle down and have kids, I will make time for it, for sure."

NEXT DESTINATION. Ni-reveal din ni Pia na never pa siyang nakapunta ng Europe.

"I almost hate to admit it, I've never been to Europe and it's definitely on the list."

Sa October 24 pa ang actual birthday ni Pia. Pero kinailangan na niyang i-celebrate ito sa Showbiz Central dahil tuwing sumasapit daw ang birthday niya ay nagbabakasyon siya.

Last year ay sa Africa siya nagpunta. Saan naman ang plano ni Pia na magbakasyon ngayong birthday niya?

"It's kind of hard to tough that nga. Wala pa nga akong naiisip up to now. But it's got to be a place not as far as Africa because I only have couple of days. So, we'll see," sabi niya.
