Magandang balita ang bumati kay Raymart Santiago sa set ng early primetime series na Bantatay. Mae-extend kasi ng three more weeks ang series dahil sa magandang performance nito sa ratings.
Dagdag pa rito, makakasama niya ang kanyang asawa, ang kilalang artistang si Claudine Barretto, sa series as a special guest star for next week.
Claudine will play a veterinarian na tutulong kay Bantay (the dog persona of Raymart). Mapapalapit ang character ni Claudine kay Bantay.
Pinuntahan ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) at ng ibang pang entertainment writers kahapon, November 5, ang set ng naturang TV show na ginagawa sa Subic Bay sa Zambales. Sabay na nagpa-interview ang mag-asawa.
"Hindi kami love team dito," biro ni Claudine.
Sabi ni Raymart, hindi sila magkakaeksena ng kanyang misis. Pero present siya sa mga eksena na ite-tape ni Claudine with the Labrador Retriever na gumaganap bilang Bantay.
"Ako yung makikita ng tao. Si Claudine hindi niya ako makikita. Panget naman na nagsasalita yung dog. Sa umpisa siguro, nandoon ako," sabi ni Raymart.
"Actually, nabibigyang buhay ko ang role na patay," pahayag ng aktor.
Madali naman daw para kay Claudine na tanggapin ang guest role sa show ng kanyang asawa. Nag-guesting na rin daw kasi dati si Raymart sa weekly drama anthology ng aktres na entitled Claudine.
"Pinapanood kasi namin every day," sabi ni Claudine tungkol sa serye ni Raymart. "Siyempre support talaga. Palitan lang kami."
Bukod sa kasama niya ang kanyang asawa sa series, natutuwa si Raymart na halos kumpleto din ang cast ng 1986 film Angelito San Miguel: Ang Batang City Jail, na kinatampukan niya.
"Kulang na lang si Keempee [de Leon]. Nandiyan si Kier [Legaspi], si Joko [Diaz], at si Gary [Estrada]."
Sabi ni Claudine, sinasama pa ni Raymart sa set ng Bantatay ang dalawa nilang anak na sina Sabina at Santino. Dapat sana raw ay kasama nila ang dalawa nang araw na dumalaw ang PEP ngunit nagkaroon daw ng pagbabago sa scheduling ng mga eksenang kukuhanan.
"Kasi ang set namin, sa Tagaytay. Nagpa-book na ako ng hotel doon. Ngayon, kailangan ng airport kaya pumunta [kami] dito. Plano pa ng mga kaibigan ko na mag-beach pa sa may Taal. Kaya after nito, derecho naman kami ng Tagaytay."
Dagdag ni Claudine, "Kasama ng mga kaibigan namin yung dalawang bagets."

You use this as justification for her behavior? She is not the only one who has had it bad. Difficulties in the past is no excuse to be a war freak and to burn bridges with people around her. Ang daming tao na mas mahirap pa ang pinagdaanan kaysa kaniya and not all of them turn out as angry and as bitter as she is. This woman has problems within her that she needs to resolve before she fully self-destructs . Period.

Sad to say pero mukhang it runs in her family. Dennis Padilla left his family for Marjorie. And we all know Marjorie left him a few years ago.
I dont know how their mind works pero you are right - masyadong destructive ang actions nila as far as friendships and relationships are concerned.
