Kahapon, November 14, sa report ng The Buzz ay kinumpirma mismo ni Pangulong Noynoy ang pagdi-date nila ni Liz.
"We have been spending some time together as long as our schedules would permit. But I guess at this point in time, that is the extent of it," pahayag ng Pangulo.
Dagdag niya, "At present time, I think I'm just recovering also from a recent engagement. And there are too many things and the schedules of both sides are really difficult to find common time, and especially when you're not given a little private time."
Ang tinutukoy na recent engagement ni PNoy ay ang natapos nang relasyon nila ng ex-girlfriend niyang si Valenzuela Councilor Shalani Soledad.
Hindi naman nakakagulat kung marami ang interesado sa love life ni Pangulong Aquino. Ito kasi ang unang pagkakataon na nagkaroon ng binatang presidente ang Pilipinas.
Siyempre, bukod sa opisyal nitong gawain bilang pangulo ng bansa, kaabang-abang din ang mga kaganapan sa personal nitong buhay, partikular na ang lagay ng kanyang puso.
ENGAGED TO WED IN 2011? Dahil nga sa pagkakalantad ng pagdi-date nina PNoy at Liz, lumabas naman ang isyung engaged na umano sila at nakatakda nang ikasal sa October 11, 2011.
Isyung ikinagulat ng panganay na kapatid ni PNoy na si Ballsy Aquino-Cruz.
"Hindi ko alam na girlfriend na pala niya. Nakakagulat na balita. Alam ko naglalabas pa siya ng iba pang babae," ani Ballsy sa hiwalay na panayam.
Si Liz naman ay natatawa lang sa isyu. Ayon sa kanyang Twitter account, hindi raw dapat paniwalaan lahat ng mga nababasa sa mga balita: "Not everything you read is true."
Maging si Boy Abunda, na host ng The Buzz at malapit kina PNoy at Liz, ay nag-react sa wedding issue.
"Nais ko lang pong iklaro na I'm speaking not as an official spokesperson for the President because I'm not part of the presidential press office," paglilinaw muna niya.
"Ako'y nagsasalita lamang dahil ako'y tinatanong, una.

The other day - I read an article - that truly upset me. They asked a foreigner about comparing Manila to some other place. The foreigner said - you cant dream in Manila. Hindi na ata maalis ang PWEDE NA IYAN - attitude sa Pinoy. Kaya nauunahan tayo ng marami when quality is concerned.
I referred to the new grads - kasi they have very limited experience on what the expectations and repercussions would be when something on such a scale fails.And sad to say, kung gaanong kadami ang magaling magsalita ng English sa Pilipinas - ganoon din kadami ang mga taong namimilipit.I just noticed when I was in Manila recently -bakit ang prime time TV sa atin - puro tagalog.Bakit ng panahon ko - prime time - we had Charlie's Angels, 6 Mio Dollar Man, Starsky amp; Hutch, etc. These programs helped my generation improve their English skills and slowly removed the stigma attached of speaking in English to your classmates and people at home.
Has the quality of education declined substantially? Grabe - hindi na ba nahihiya ang mga tao diyan when their English is bad. And worse, they have been paid for it.

kung ikaw ba ang college teachers ng mga ito, ipapasa mo ba ang ganyang trabaho? let us assume, na project iyan sa classroom, would you even give a passing grade sa ganyang trabaho? i think, non-college grads can turn in better work than these guys... [si mark zuckerberg, hindi college grad, pero very thorough siya sa mga decisions niya, like whom to hire, and what sort of content he wanted to see..and he made a lot of money out of his thoroughness]

Nasaan na yang mga mahilig mag tweet - na feeling illustrada? Wala na bang sense of good taste and decency ang mga nagpapatakbo ng ganyang projects diyan.
