Ricky Martin wants a daughter.

"The Best Thing About Me Is You" singer—who is openly gay—already has twin sons Matteo and Valentino, two, by a surrogate mother, but admits he would love to expand his family further.

He said: "Fatherhood is incredible! Every day is something different. Matteo and Valentino, they're constantly ganging up on me but I can take it! They're amazing — I want more. This is only the beginning of our family."

When asked how many children he was considering having, he added: "I don't know. Maybe one, two more, but yeah, definitely. I need daddy's girl."

Though the 39-year-old singer loves fatherhood, he admits the arrival of Matteo and Valentino completely changed his life because of their sleeping patterns.

He told Miami radio station Y100: "Life changes! You have to sleep because you are not going to sleep ever again!

"Babies wake up every two hours. At 7 o'clock you are awake. For me, I was a night owl in the past, but now, I'm up, I'm working, I'm already dealing with the kids."
