Excited na si Fabio Ide sa pagpasok niya bilang isa sa mga host ng daily showbiz talk show na Tweetbiz sa magiging revamped GMA News TV11 simula sa March.

"Itong Tweetbiz yung bagong show ko," banggit ni Fabio nang makausap siya ng PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal) noong Biyernes, February 11, sa launch ng isang bagong beauty product line ng Watson's.

"They told me that I would be reading a lot of tabloids. Maybe interview people sa kalye. I'm also reading tabloids sa Internet. Sa bahay ko din, mga libro para ma-practice yung Tagalog ko."

Dagdag niya, "Saka I'm trying to know more of the name ng mga tao, yung pangalan ng mga artista, kasi I have to know kung sino yung tao. A lot of reading and studying and siyempre practice yung Tagalog."

Ayon kay Fabio, meron siyang teacher na nagtuturo sa kanya ng Filipino. Dalawang araw ang inilalaaan niya para matutunan ang ating wika.

SHOWBIZ TALK SHOW HOST. Sa pagpasok niya sa Tweetbiz, handa na ba siyang pag-usapan ang mga intriga at isyu na kasasangkutan ng mga malalapit niyang kaibigan?

"I'm ready to share secrets," sagot ng Brazilian-Japanese model. "Pero I wouldn't say things about my friends. In Tweetbiz, it's not just all tsimis. I'm sure we can talk about other things besides people's lives."

Aminado si Fabio na kinakabahan siya sa gagawin niya sa bagong show niya.

"Siyempre, it's my first time to do a show like this. Pero I welcome doing a new show like that. Let's see what happens."

Sa ngayon, hindi pa alam ni Fabio ang katatakbuhan ng 2011, pero umaasa siyang mas marami pang projects ang dumating.

"Meron ako Comedy Bar and ngayon yung Tweetbiz. These are new experiences for me. Maybe if I do well, more opportunity will come my way. I really have to see how it's going to do.

TELESERYE. But there's one thing Fabio wishes he can do.

"Sobrang gusto ko talaga ng soap or teleserye. I just have to practice my Tagalog. Hopefully, GMA will give me the opportunity to do it," sabi niya.

He's more than willing daw to do kontrabida roles.

"Okay lang. Basta gusto ko. Everything happens in the right place. I'm sure everything will fall into place at the right time," sabi ni Fabio.
