Nilooban ng mga magnanakaw ang tahanan ni Christian Bautista sa San Juan City kagabi, April 16, 2011.

Ayon sa manager ng singer na si Carlo Orosa, nangyari ang insidente habang nasa Iloilo ang kanyang talent.

Dugtong niya, "Gabi nangyari, and it seems umakyat from the third level terrace."

Sa ngayon, kinumpirma nitong "may nawawalang pera." Nai-report na rin sa pulisya ang nangyari at, "they are still investigating what else was stolen."

Ngayong araw, April 18, ay nakatanggap ng statement ang PEP mula sa STAGES, ang management company na humahawak sa career ni Christian, tungkol sa insidente.

Narito ang kanilang statement:

"It is with deep regret that STAGES confirms the news that Christian Bautista's San Juan residence was robbed last Sunday, April 17.

"Christian who came from a show in Guimaras the previous day, learned of the robbing incident when he found out that his belongings were scattered all over his room. He lost P100,000 in cash and some of his valuables, including watches and other belongings. The incident has immediately been reported to authorities.

"STAGES is still thankful that Christian is safe."
