Marian led last week's poll and now finds herself in second place, while Angel Locsin falls to No. 3.
Iwa Moto makes a surprise comeback as she enters the Top 10 this week in tenth place, bumping down Valerie Concepcionto the eleventh spot.
Meanwhile, Kapamilya stars Angelica Panganiban, Kim Chiu, Anne Curtis, Mariel Rodriguez, Toni Gonzaga also make it into theTop 20of this week's 100 Sexiest Women poll.
