Director Quark Henares "not happy" about mom Vicki Belo's engagement to Hayden Kho

"I love my mother and value her happiness above everything. So, I will support her. I'll still be keeping watch on Hayden though and if he hurts her again, I think I really will have to kill him," says Quark Henares about the engagement of his mom, Dra. Vicki Belo, and Hayden Kho.

Pagkatapos kumpirmahin nina Dra. Vicki Belo at Hayden Kho ang kanilang engagement—although wala pang eksaktong date as to when and where the wedding will take place—iba't ibang komento na ang naglabasan. (CLICK HERE to read related story.)

May isyu rin na diumano'y tutol sa engagement na ito ang mga anak ni Dra. Vicki sa dati niyang asawa na si Atom Henares—sina Cristalle at Quark Henares.

Sa taped interview ng The Buzz kay Cristalle, iniwasan nito ang isyu sa pamamagitan ng pagbaling sa isyu tungkol sa pagbubuntis ni Andi Eigenmann at ang pagpapakasal diumano noon ni Derek Ramsay.

Then she politely asked na okay na raw yun at hindi na siya nagbigay ng anumang pahayag o reaction.

Isang nakangiting "no comment" lang ang sinabi nito.

Kung si Cristalle ay tumangging magsalita, si Quark naman ay naging very vocal sa pagsasabing hindi siya pabor sa engagement ng kanyang ina at ng controversial na dating cosmetic surgeon.

Narito ang kabuuang statement ni Quark:

"I'm not happy about it. In fact, I don't think anyone outside of the two are.

"But I love my mother and value her happiness above everything. So, I will support her.

"I'll still be keeping watch on Hayden though and if he hurts her again, I think I really will have to kill him."

vicky already knows hayden's character pero hindi pa rin niya maiwan. it is her life and he makes her happy, for whatever reason. marami sa atin ay bulag pagdating sa pag-ibig. at one time or another ay nagpakaloko o nagpakaloka din tayo at di maawat. i don't blame quark for feeling that way, but you know, the one who made the decision to accept the proposal is...vicky.

I don't mind May-December affairs but this case is totally different. Hayden has consistently shown how big of a l o s e r he is but Vicky doesn't seem to think that it's somehow important.

i agree with quark.tingnan mo naman kc ang track record ni hayden. for usre, he's just after belo's money. normal lng na proteksyonan ng anak ang ina nya. a pre-nup would be a gud idea though.

I actually admire Quark for telling whats his stand on her mom and haydens engagement. If youre one sane person at alam mo kung ano ang kalibre ng lalakeng mapapangasawa ng mahal mo sa buhay, kasodang nanay mo, kapatid mo o anak mo, gagawin mo lahat para protektahan ito. Si Dra Belo, hindi na mapipigilan dahil matigas pa sa buko ang ulo, ang tanging magagawa na lang nila talaga ay suportahan ito and at the same time protektahan. tama naman si Quark. pasalamat si Dra Belo, may matino siyang anak.

naalala ko tuloy yung blind item na very obvious. isang lalaki kasama yung jowa na matured woman pero mayaman, sa plane. nakita nung stewardess na pinakikialaman nung guy yung wallet ni babae na nasa toilet at that time. tapos nakita nya kumuha ng ilang bills na puro dollars they were on their way ata to US. this was pre video scandal.

all i can say... get married abroad like USA so when it's time to get divorce, eh di mas madali... huwag ipa-register sa NSO at mas lalong 'wag magpakasal sa pari or simbahan... until the Divorce Bill is not approved might as well get married abroad. Pretty much sure, they'll have a pre-nup agreement.
