Dugtong niya, "I don't wanna say anything libelous. And dapat before agreeing to come here [Paparazzi] nag-decide na ako, na you know, to give some of what I know.

"But then, prior in coming here, binasa ko na yung Article 353 under the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines."

(The article listed the following as elements of libel: "(a) imputation of a discreditable act or condition to another; (b) publication of the imputation; (c) identity of the person defamed; and, (d) existence of malice.")

Dugtong ni Amanda, "So, like one of it, identity of the defamed. Pagka what you say is calculated to, di ba?

"Everything you say, kahit hindi directly, if it's calculated to malign someone, libelous din yun."

"Yeah, I actually hired a lawyer," saad niya.

"He's Atty. Paul Sangalang. I'm not paying him, ha? Wala akong pambayad sa kanya.

"He's been through it with me all along. And he's just on an honor pre-scheduled vacation now. He's coming back tomorrow [July 18]."

Ano bang kaso ang puwede niyang isampa?

"A, hindi ako lawyer, so pag-uusapan pa lang namin 'yan.
