Diether Ocampo says Kris Aquino's birthday gift for him could be a school building in Bacoor, Cavite

"Si Kris naman kilala natin. Siya yung tipo ng tao na hindi mo na kailangang sabihan. Nagkukusa talaga. She's very generous. Kaya I won't be surprised kung bigla na lang may sumulpot na bagong eskwelahan diyan sa Bacoor Cavite, di ba?" says Diether Ocampo about Kris Aquino's possible birthday gift.

Pangalawang taon na ngayon ng Diether Ocampo Golf Cup Drive Fore the Youth na ginanap sa Tagaytay Higlands, Tagaytay City kahapon, July 21.

Last year ay sa Tagaytay Midlands nila idinaos ang nasabing golf tournament.

Second time na naging part ang nasabing golf competition ng birthday celebration ni Diet (palayaw ni Diether). His actual birthday is July 19.

For the past six years na kasi ay isine-celebrate niya with his K.I.D.S. Foundation sa pamimigay ng regalo at tulong sa less-fortunate na mga kabataan.

With the Diether Ocampo Golf Cup, mas nakakapag-raise siya ng funds para mas malaki ang malikom na pera para sa kanyang charity works.

Sabi niya sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal), "Every year 'yan, parang ina-anticipate talaga nila [participants]. Kasi, di lang sila nag-e-enjoy playing golf, also nakakapag-contribute din sila sa kawanggawa.

"Dahil sa proyekto talaga ng K.I.D.S. Foundation to begin with [ito]. This time, partner na namin yung Knowledge Channel at yung Kris Peace Library [Kristiyano-Islam Peace Library] talaga.

"Marami akong dapat pasalamatan. Unang-una na diyan sina Best—Bey [Bea Alonzo], si Zanjoe [Marudo], atsaka yung mga regular natin na laging sumusuporta sa even natin na 'to. Sina Monsour [del Rosario], sina Epi [Quizon], at marami pang iba."

Nabanggit niya kanina na kasama yung Kris Peace Library?

"Hindi, iba yun. Baka ma-misinterpret n'yo. Iba yung ano niya," pag-explain niya na hindi ang nali-link na si Kris Aquino ang binabanggit niya.   

"Kris Peace Library. Ito yung organization na sinusuportahan namin. This is headed by Armand Nocum. Christian-Islam. Yung ginawa nilang parang training facility.

"Nag-donate kasi kami diyan ng mga facility. Mga libro. Mga 5,000 na mga libro. Pinadala namin sa Zamboanga.

"Maganda rin na nakakatulong tayo sa mga kapatid natin na nasa malalayong lugar, lalo na sa bandang Mindanao. Mahirap puntahan kasi yun, e.

"Every year ay ginagawa namin siya tuwing second quarter, kasi yun yung panahon na pasukan. Kasi ang ano [target], maiano ito sa mga proyektong edukasyon.

"Kasi, maraming mga programa ang Knowledge Channel 'tsaka yung Kris Peace Library. At the same time, of course, yung mga existing programs ng K.I.D.S. Foundation.

    we love stars na simple lang,humble,hindi pashowbiz,focus at role model,kesa sa mga oa na cheap na nagpapaka pashowbiz,,wish ko lang maibigay na ni god ang babaeng para kay diet,,diba,,if i were u diet ligawan mo si KAYE ABAD,o kaya non showbiz na girl na maayos at edukada,,alam nyo po hindi po tipo ni diet si kris,si kris lang naman ang nagsisiksik jan,hehehe,,ayaw ni diet sa maingay at pashowbiz na girl,he wants also,maayos at hindi sira na babae..gaya ni kris,na ang dami ng naging lalake,.diet deserved dalaga tlaga,maayos,may values at maka dyos na babae,.soon na iyan,,kip on praying lang diet,,we love u,,

    we love him even more,.matured at may silbi sa bayan,at role model sya,,ipagpatuloy mo iyan,wag ka nalang papasok sa pulitika,be a public servant wag mamulitika,.baka naman tumandang binata na si diet nyan,hehehe,.,..we love him,mahal ka ng tao at ni god sa ginagawa mong iyan,.iba ka!sana lahat ng stars gaya mo,may silbi,.hindi pashowbiz,.ewwww,.dapat lang naman tumulong si kris,kase feedback din sa kuya PNOY nya ito,.magtulungan diba?.well sana nga maenganyo ni diet sina BEA ALONSO,ZANJOE MARUDO,etc,,na magka silbi sabayan,..hindi basta sikat lang,,wala silang kwenta,,hehehe,,we love u diet,,godblesss

    Well, Diether and Kris same face sila maputi at parang same age lang sa appearance nila. OK na OK ako walang bitterness. In fairness si Diet may sariling name sa business na....

    Diet, pakiusapan mo naman si Kris na magtayo ng schools not just Cavite but all over our Provinces and maybe give away some books? Pagkakaalam ko kasi hanggang ngayon 1 book per 3 pupils pa rin in some provinces.

    ANG GUSTO ko sa ABS stars. MAFEEL tlga ung closeness nila, considering na they are the biggest stars. to name a few, JLC, PIOLO, BEA, ANGEL L at angel P. eh duon sa kbila si DD hndi mag kasunod sila ni rtesard si Marian INAAWAY lahat EH ilan lng ba sila doon?     i don't think Kris will give it for free,what's in return Diether? talaga lang ha, Kris you can help Diether but not your brother sa mga projects nya para sa bansa,i just watched 24 oras and Pnoy is trying to save the beautiful nature in the Philippines and why Kris can't do something about it? it doesn't mean that she needs to be ina govt position to these good cause things for the filipino people. i know she donate and help people but all for publicity.i think mag iingay naman si Kris sa politicx pag malapit na election. instead of making news of her lovelife, her house ,her clothes and bags and all material things to brag. she was visible during campaign and used her husband now what becuz naloko na naman ni Kris ang Pilipino.

    Yes, Kris is very charitable. Yes. your Kris is a very generous friend. And yes - she will do anything when her heart is into it. Ay naku - we have all seen this before - LOL. She does anything and everything when she is blinded by love. Sana lang she has learned that people may not have the same intentions as she has with them. In other words - follow your dreams if it makes you happy Kris. Pero I dont think you should always answer other people's dreams especially if they have a political motivation or angle. In not so many words - huwag ka namang magpagamit. Have some respect for yourself, respect for your sons and of course - respect for the memory of your parents. Huwag ka namang habol ng habol. I know medyo limited na ang chances mo because of the baggage you are carrying - pero dont sell your soul and the remaining dignity you may have.
