Blooming mom-to-be Andi Eigenmann was interviewed by TV Patrol at the screening of indie film, Cuchera at UP Diliman last July 28, 2011.

"Ok naman po," was Andi's brief answer when asked about her pregnancy.

Last June 29, 2011, her mom, veteran actress Jaclyn Jose, confirmed that her daughter is expecting a baby.

Andi's pregnancy became a hot issue because she refused to disclose the identity of the father.

Jake Ejercito, who is romantically linked to Andi, is supportive of the actress.

Andi's family clarified that Jake is not the baby's biological father.

Jake is the son of former President Joseph Estrada and Laarni Enriquez.

President Erap was reported to have said: "Papasalamatan ko si Mark Gil sa kanyang pagtingin sa aking anak. At mabait naman talaga ang aking anak."

Andi thanked all her fans and supporters: "Sobrang salamat po ako sa mga fans sa pagsuporta sa akin. Nagpapasalamat ako at hanggang ngayon, nandiyan pa rin kayo at kahit anong mangyari sa akin, you are still supporting me. "

She added that she was coping well with her pregnancy. She said she will continue to tape episodes for the telenovela, Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin, where she plays the role of  Gabrielle.

"The staff, crew and production are giving me the right amount of protection and care that I need. Sinusuportahan nila ako dito."

She said she will fulfill all her taping obligations and then devote her time to taking care of herself and the baby.

Andi is due to deliver a baby girl in December.
