Zanjoe Marudo quietly answered questions about the blossoming romance between him and Bea Alonzo, but declined to label his relationship with the ABS-CBN actress.

PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and other members of the press were able to talk with Zanjoe during the mini-presscon of his latest movie, Wedding Tayo, Wedding Hindi last night, August 18.

In this movie, he is paired with Toni Gonzaga playing a provincial lass whose behavior changes after working in Japan for three years. (CLICK HERE to read related article.)

During the presscon that took place at the Burgoo restaurant along Tomas Morato, August 18, Zanjoe was asked to rate his closeness to Bea from 1-10.

Toni, who was seated beside him, answered for him: "Twenty!"

"Mga ganun," agreed Zanjoe. "Close na close kami."

Would he say that he and Bea are exclusively dating?

"Yes... Simula noong niligawan ko siya, wala na akong planong makipag-date sa iba. Sa tingin ko, siya rin naman ganun," declared Zanjoe.

Bea recently said in an interview that she finds Zanjoe's eyes to be his best physical asset.

Zanjoe flashed a smile, saying, "Alam n'yo naman ang isang tao pag nagkakagusto sa isang tao, parang lahat gumaganda na. Baka may gusto na siya sa akin."

For Zanjoe, what would he consider to be Bea's best physical asset?

"Lahat naman ng babae may kanya-kanyang ganda, may kanya-kanyang appeal, di ba? Ang importante talaga yung ugali.

"Kung magandang hitsura, hindi mo naman maitatanggi na maganda ang mga artista.

"Masuwerte ako kasi nakilala ko siya na nagtutugma ang mga gusto namin at nandun ka sa posisyon na gustong makasama ang ganitong klaseng tao na ganito mag-isip, ganitong klase kumilos."

The actor says that he cherishes the time that he gets to spend with Bea.
