"To think na puwede na siyang mag-cancel ng promo niya para hindi na siya matanong about it.

Naniniwala ba siya na negative o positive man ang issue, nakakatulong sa promo ng isang pelikula?

"For me naman, I only focus on positive publicity," sagot ni Direk Paul.

"'Yong mga negative, hindi ko talaga binabasa. Kasi, for me lang, waste of time.

"I don't need that. I'd like to read mga positive.

"Kung constructive about the film, okey lang.

"But if it's about mga rumors na hindi totoo, mga personal... hindi 'yan. 

"Pero if it's about the film, about my directing, about the acting, babasahin ko 'yan. 

"Kasi, I want to make a better film next time, di ba?"

Pero hindi rin nga maiwasang may mag-isip na baka gimik lang ang mga naging issue lately involving Maja. Ano ang masasabi niya rito?

"I don't think it's gimmick," sabi niya.

"Because Star Cinema and ABS-CBN, they won't resort to violence to promote anything.   

"And like what I've said, I don't focus on mga intriga, e.

"What I'm focusing with nga is the good reviews that we got."
