More than a year na ang relasyon ng Kapuso hunk na si Victor Aliwalas at ang ex-wife ni Willie Revillame na si Liz Almoro.
Sa press launch ng bagong afternoon drama series ng GMA-7 na Ikaw Lang Ang Mamahalin last October 4 sa Windmills & Rainforest Restaurant, kinuwento ni Victor na si Liz ay ang pinaka-longest relationship niya.
"The longest relationship I've had was close to a year. But with Liz, more than a year na kaming dalawa and we're becoming better people for it," ngiti pa ni Victor.
What's the secret?
"There's really no secret. Okey lang kami ni Liz. We get along a lot and we have so many things in common. We have this open communication and if we feel na we have to talk about something, we are open to it.
"So far, maganda ang relationship namin and I have no complaints. I hope si Liz, wala rin siyang complaints sa akin."
Marami raw things in common sila Victor at Liz kaya madali silang magkasundo. Na-discover raw nila ang mga 'yan habang tumatakbo ang relasyon nila.
"In a relationship naman, you discover many things about your partner, 'di ba? It may be good or it may be not so good. But in our case, maganda lahat.
"I discovered that she used to be a sportswoman. She was into sports when she was in high school and college. E, sportsman din ako. Liz is also a very adventurous person. She loves to travel and go to different places. Gano'n din ako.
"And we're both into fashion as well. We are both models and we go to the same events too. Kaya there are so many things that made us click. It's fascinating and we learn a lot from one another always," sabi ni Victor.
Isa sa ikinabibilib ni Victor kay Liz ay ang pagiging maasikasong ina nito kahit na busy ito sa kanyang career. Hindi raw nito napapabayaan ang anak nito sa ex-husband na si Willie Revillame na si Juamee.
"Liz is such a wonderful woman. She can handle everything and still have spare time for our relationship. I don't know how she does it," ngiti ni Victor.
"I know how busy she is with her career and her business. But she never loses time for her son. She seems to have balanced everything. Nakakabilib iyon sa kanya and not all women are that good with time management. Parang na-master na niya lahat.
"What's also good is that our relationship doesn't suffer. Kung may time siya for her own family, she also has time for us. And that's what I like about her. She's in control of her life."
Kumusta naman ang relasyon niya sa anak ni Liz?
"We are getting along. Juamee is like 5 or 6 years old now. He's a good kid. Hanggang doon lang ang puwede kong sabihin. Basta I have no problems with Juamee," maigsing sagot ni Victor.
