Nagkasundo na sina Baron Geisler at Yasmien Kurdi na magkaayos na lang at hindi na ituloy ang kasong Acts of Lasciviousness na isinampa ng aktres laban sa aktor.

Nagkaharap ang dalawa sa kanilang presscon kagabi, October 11,  na ginanap sa may Pepeton's restaurant, Sct. Borromeo, Quezon City.

Bago nagbigay si Baron ng public apology para kay Yasmien, ikinuwento muna ng abugado ni Baron na si Atty. RP Santiago na napag-usapan nila na magkasundo nang magkita sila sa huling hearing ng naturang kaso.

Sinabi naman ng abugado ni Yasmien na si Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, na willing na silang makipag-ayos kung magbibigay lang ang aktor ng public apology.

Natuwa naman si Atty. Topacio dahil doon mismo ay ginawa raw ni Baron ang kanyang apology at ipinakita ito sa kanya.

BARON'S APOLOGY. Narito ang kabuuan ng public apology ni Baron na binasa nito sa presscon kagabi:

"I am sorry for the misunderstanding between me and Yasmien Kurdi that brought about the filing of the criminal charges against me before the Municipal Trial Court of Bocaue.

"As many of you already know, I just finished my rehabilitation program for my alcohol problem.

"My stay at the facility allowed me to reflect and learn from my experiences in life.

"It is time to start a new leaf in my life.

"Thank you."

YASMIEN'S STATEMENT. May inihanda ring sagot si Yasmien bilang sagot sa apology ni Baron.

"As a Christian, I accept the apology of Mr. Baron Geisler.

"I will pray that he has truly been totally rehabilitated and that he will no longer repeat with anyone the unfortunate acts that have led in my filing of the charges against him.

"As the Apostle Luke said in Chapter 17, the Verse is 4: 'Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.'
