Janice de Belen says Budoy role renewed her passion for acting; has no lovelife to speak of now

Masasabing ang 2011 ang isa sa pinakamagandang taon para sa aktres na si Janice de Belen.

Isa sa malaking dahilan nito ay ang pagkakasali niya sa primetime series ng ABS-CBN, ang Budoy, kunsaan hinahangaan ang kanyang pagganap bilang kumupkop kay Budoy (Gerald Anderson).

Ang Budoy ang unang proyekto ni Janice nang bumalik siya sa bakuran ng Kapamilya network.

Ayon kay Janice, "Alam mo, every blessing, every job, is bongga kasi blessing 'yan.

"So, okay naman ako. Kasi 2011, siguro may extra-bongga."

Dagdag pa niya, "Moving station is not easy.

"Parang buhay yun. Yung transition.

"Hindi mo alam kung ano ang mangyayari, di ba? Minsan surprise.

"Pero pleasant surprise naman ito because I was entrusted with a good project like Budoy.

"I'm very happy with the project. I love the project.

"In fact, sabi nga ni Popoy [Caritativo, her manager], 'Baka naman masyado mo nang minamahal yung proyektong 'yan.'

"Ewan ko...makikita mo sa performance.

"Mahal ko yung show, e. And I'm really happy."

Nakausap ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Janice sa Christmas party for the press ng Luminary Talent Management sa Annabelle's restaurant kahapon, December 8.

Isa si Janice sa talents ng Luminary na pinamamahalaan ni Popoy Caritativo. Kasama niya rito sina Marian Rivera, Dennis Trillo, Martin Escudero, AJ Dee, at Jestoni Alarcon.

Ay naku tong manga negative comments sa Iyo Janice ok Lang kasi wala pa cguro yan sa mundo noong bata ka pa sinimulan mong manga drama. Ang galling mo hangang ngayon super ka pa rin sa iyak patient ako tulotulo na rin ang luha ko ala ko tuloy yong manga palabas mo noon lalo yong flor de Luna. Kailangan saguro ipiki mo ang iyak mo o mag pa cute ka nang labi mo.hAy Tao nga naman dami pang paicho. Bakit Kung kyo ba umiiyak nag papa cute kayo e c Janice Kung umiyak Hindi Peki baka si zsazsa naglallagay pa yan nang eye mo para tumulo luha yan kaya hind ngiwi labi naku pati pag iyak gusto nyo perpikto tsk tsk ok Lang janice huwag mong pansinin yong manga maghilig negative comment so bonga ka galling ka pa rin pag sa drama o sa iyakan mother ko gusto gusto ang flor de luna wala na makatulad sa yong manga naunang artista. i love gerald anderson,, superb acting in budoy grabe di ko akalain na magiging mahusay na actor c gerald. lahat namn sa budoy magagaling bagay sa kanila ang mga role nila. Janice is very good in portraying her role I love u budoy

magaling talaga sya sa BUDOY... halos lahat ng dramatic highlights kasama sya... it helps na maganda yung role na napunta sa kanya... i expect more heart tugging scenes in the future kasi marami ng nare-reveal eh...

walang kontrata kase hindi sigurado ang ABS kung may maibibigay pang project after Budoy.whether there's a contract or not it doesn't matter bec ABS doesn't honor contract anyway,learn your lessons from Lorna T.mabuti pa si Deborah Sun project after project.PEACE.

i also found janice too overacting in her role. nabubuwisit tuloy ako pag si janice na. kung umiiyak na siya bumabaligtad pati lips, nawawala tuloy ang ganda ng story. look at zsa zsa, umiiyak din naman sa role pero very natural at convincing. tirso was soo good also and but of course budoy himself.

ay, may nagagalit? ang sinasabi ko lang naman ay ok umiyak, yun ang tawag ng eksena eh, pero ayusin pa rin yung dialogue kasi nga wala ng maintindihan minsan kasi nga OA na sa pagiyak lamukot na lamukot na yung mukha saka bibig, mas nauuna pa lumabas yung laway kesa sa dialogue, pansinin nyo!!!!

now you know where to go if you want quality shows! yung totoong drama with a good story and quality actors and actresses. im glad to hear that she's able to show her talent in acting. away from the cheap shows and fantaseryes that she's doing in the past years!

ano kayang annoying dun sa ginagawang pag-iyak ni janice sa budoy eh kung yun ang hinihingi ng istorya, alangan naman magtatawa sya o mag ngingiti kung ang dialog nya eh nakakaiyak. effective nga eh kasi napapaiyak nya ako...she's such a great actress.

masyadong na-miss ni janice ang umarte ng TOTOO. maganda proyekto, karakter parang lahat yan namiss niya kaya pagbalik ng abs nasobrahan na....annoying na yung lagi niyang pag-iyak sa budoy hahahaha oo na janice alam naming sa gma dati di ka ganong makaarte pero tama na pls, oo na magaling ka ng artista hahahahahaha

KAYO BA PAG NASASAKTAN NG SOBRA HINDI NGUMANGAWA OR NAGIGING OA SA PAGIYAK! CMON! HIndi pagiging OA yon yon ang tunay na acting at wala kang pakialam kahit panget kang umiyak on screen!

i need to commend janice for her physical looks sa budoy. nanay na mahirap role nya so walang make up. unlike mickey feriol or zsazsa, nasa kama na at matutulog naka make up pa. dapat pag pangit ang role, make it natural at wag mag make up. si janice walang pakialam oo nga fat siya but that could be a health problem nya. ang point ay hindi siya vain dahil pag poor ang role, poor din itsura nya. pag sa bahay ang scene, no make up sya talaga.

magaling ka naman talagang artista pero teh sobra to the max ang pagkaOA mo sa budoy. di na halos maintindihan ang dialogue mo kasi mas nagkocontrate ka pa sa pagiyak kesa sa pagarte...puro ngawa,kulang sa acting kaya kung minsan pag eksena mo na inililipat ko muna chanel ng tv

Tuwing umiiyak na yan lahat ng tao sa bahay naiiyak narin..nakakadala ang mga eksena nya..grabe..to d point na pati pusa namin lumuluha narin...ganon katindi at effective ang acting ni Janice. Seriously, am not kidding. totoo ang cnabi ko. My God! Inaabangan talaga namin ang Budoy na yan.
