Humingi ng tulong si Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Jr. sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) kaugnay ng kumakalat na video ng yumao niyang kapatid na si Ramgen Revilla, kasama ang nobya ni Ramgen na si Janelle Manahan.

Magkapatid sa ama sina Senator Bong at Ramgen.

Makikita sa naturang video ang intimate moments ng magkasintahang Ramgen at Janelle.

Ngayong hapon, Enero 2, ay nagpadala ng press statement ang opisina ni Senator Bong sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).

Dito ay inihayag ng actor-politician ang kanyang matinding pagkadismaya sa nagpakalat ng naturang video.

"Sobrang pambababoy ang ginagawa nila sa kapatid ko," sabi ni Senator Bong.

"Karumal-dumal na nga ang pagkamatay ni Ramgen, sinisira pa nila ang pagkatao.

"Mas grabe pa ang pambababoy na ginagawa nila kay Janelle.

"Grabe na ang kanyang pinagdaanan, at pilit pa nilang niyuyurakan ang pagkababae nito ngayon."

ANTI- VOYEURISM LAW OF 2009. Iginiit din ni Sendaor Bong sa NBI na nilabag ng nagpakalat ng video ang Republic Act 9995, o ang Anti-Voyeurism Law of 2009.

Ang main author ng batas na ito'y si Buhay Partylist Representative Irwin Tieng, habang si Senador Bong naman ang co-author.

Ayon sa lawphil.net, ito ang kahulugan ng photo or video voyeurism: "act of taking photo or video coverage of a person or group of persons performing sexual act or any similar activity or of capturing an image of the private area of a person or persons without the latter's consent, under circumstances in which such person/s has/have a reasonable expectation of privacy,

"or the act of selling, copying, reproducing, broadcasting, sharing, showing or exhibiting the photo or video coverage or recordings of such sexual act or similar activity through VCD/DVD, internet, cellular phones and similar means or device without the written consent of the person/s involved, notwithstanding that consent to record or take photo or video coverage of same was given by such persons."

SECTION 4 OF ANTI-VOYEURISM LAW OF 2009. Sa ilalim ng Section 4 ng Anti- Voyeurism Law of 2009, sinasabing ipinagbabawal ang mga sumusunod:
