Humingi ng tulong si Senator Ramon "Bong" Revilla, Jr. sa National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) kaugnay ng kumakalat na video ng yumao niyang kapatid na si Ramgen Revilla, kasama ang nobya ni Ramgen na si Janelle Manahan.

Magkapatid sa ama sina Senator Bong at Ramgen.

Makikita sa naturang video ang intimate moments ng magkasintahang Ramgen at Janelle.

Ngayong hapon, Enero 2, ay nagpadala ng press statement ang opisina ni Senator Bong sa PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).

Dito ay inihayag ng actor-politician ang kanyang matinding pagkadismaya sa nagpakalat ng naturang video.

"Sobrang pambababoy ang ginagawa nila sa kapatid ko," sabi ni Senator Bong.

"Karumal-dumal na nga ang pagkamatay ni Ramgen, sinisira pa nila ang pagkatao.

"Mas grabe pa ang pambababoy na ginagawa nila kay Janelle.

"Grabe na ang kanyang pinagdaanan, at pilit pa nilang niyuyurakan ang pagkababae nito ngayon."

ANTI- VOYEURISM LAW OF 2009. Iginiit din ni Sendaor Bong sa NBI na nilabag ng nagpakalat ng video ang Republic Act 9995, o ang Anti-Voyeurism Law of 2009.

Ang main author ng batas na ito'y si Buhay Partylist Representative Irwin Tieng, habang si Senador Bong naman ang co-author.

Ayon sa lawphil.net, ito ang kahulugan ng photo or video voyeurism: "act of taking photo or video coverage of a person or group of persons performing sexual act or any similar activity or of capturing an image of the private area of a person or persons without the latter's consent, under circumstances in which such person/s has/have a reasonable expectation of privacy,

"or the act of selling, copying, reproducing, broadcasting, sharing, showing or exhibiting the photo or video coverage or recordings of such sexual act or similar activity through VCD/DVD, internet, cellular phones and similar means or device without the written consent of the person/s involved, notwithstanding that consent to record or take photo or video coverage of same was given by such persons."

Bong, isama mo rin ang tatay mo, kasi he took advantage of these kids mother, si Jenelyn since she was still underage when your father touched her and had several kids with him. Dapat lang na imbestigahan para malaman kung sino ang may nagpakalat nyan. Sadyang gustong sirain si Janelle na syang main witness sa krimen. Kapag si Janelle nga naman ay naapektuhan ng problemang ito at makaranas ng sobrang depression, malamang pati yong pag-testigo nya againts sa mga akusado ay mabawasan. Duda ko galing sa pamilya ni Genelyn ang nagpakalat. Grabe,ang tindi.

hindi ko napanood ang video at wala akong intensyon na panoorin ang taong kamamatay lang na nakikipag seks. at kung ang pamilya nga ni ramgen ang may kagagawan nito, im not surprised at all, nagawa nga nilang ipapatay, ano na lang ba ang pagpapalabas ng video sa kanila.

whether Bong was just Grandstanding when he co-authored the Anti-Voyeurism law, we cannot deny the fact that this law is IMPORTANT as it is NECESSARY... FYI, the law does not totally prohibit taking videos while being intimate, but it penalizes such videos to be taken while one or both parties are not aware of being recorded... in this case, the ramgen-janelle video while in their possession was 'legally' taken as it appears that they both knew what they were doing... what is now punishable by law is the distribution of such video for public exhibition, which was apparently done to humiliate janelle... in return, janelle should name the person who told she wasn't 'clean'... that constitutes a threat, and could be the motive for the release of the video...

Bong Revilla is grandstanding again. He co-authored this law because of Katrina Halili's case. The court found out that Katrina Halili knew that Hayden Kho was videotaping their lovemaking. Now on this particular case, is it possible that the Janelle Manahan's camp is the one who uploaded the video to get the sympathy of the public???? Just asking. I will not count her out as suspect on this case. Her relationship with Ramgen, according to earlier news, was an on again off again one. So its not a perfect relationship. Kong ikaw ang killer, di ba seseguraduhin mong walang witness na makakapagturo sa iyo? Bakit iniwan siyang buhay???.Kakutsaba ka siya ng killer?? Ngayon ay nasa witness protection program siya. Hindi na siya mahahabol ng alleged killer. Smart move!!!
