Angel Locsin was teary-eyed as she met with select members of the press after the premiere of her newest romantic-comedy, Unofficially Yours.

Her movie with John Lloyd Cruz was shown to the public for the first time last night, February 14, at SM Megamall.

"Nagulat kami kasi hindi namin ine-expect na ganun karaming tao dahil Valentine's Day.

"Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nag-effort para panoorin ang Unofficially Yours.

"Salamat sa pagmamahal na naramdaman namin," said the actress, who plays a liberated woman in this Cathy Garcia-Molina film.

"Naiiyak ako kasi may separation anxiety ako," admitted Angel.

Did they feel awkward seeing themselves on the big screen as their characters engaged in casual sex?

Angel pointed out, "It's not every day na nakikita mo yung ganun.

"Hindi ka naman sanay na napapanood mo ang sarili mo na ganun, pero mas na-imagine ko yung behind-the-scenes nung kinunan yun."

John Lloyd said with a smile: "Sa tingin ko, mas kumportable kami nung ginagawa yung eksena kaysa nung pinapanood yun. Walang ilangan."

Even though it was Valentine's Day, Angel and John Lloyd's respective partners were unable to attend the red-carpet screening.

John Lloyd's girlfriend, Shaina Magdayao, had a taping that night.

Phil Younghusband, Angel's rumored boyfriend, is in Dubai for a football match.

ONE YEAR AFTER. Last February 13, Angel Locsin was nostalgic as she recalled the first time that Phil communicated with her using the microblogging site Twitter.

She posted on her official Twitter account (@143redangel): "It's been a year since that day of those shy smiles on our faces @PhilYHusband! :D"
