Si Rob Sy, second placer ng first season ng Survivor Philippines, ay nasa cast ng pelikulang My Kontrabida Girl na pinagbibidahan nina Rhian Ramos at Aljur Abrenica.

Excited na naikuwento ni Rob sa panayam ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ang tungkol sa partisipasyon niya sa bagong pelikulang ito ng GMA Films directed by Jade Castro

"Ganito kasi yung story, Rhian Ramos is a movie actress. She's one of the best artistas... kontrabida in the country. 

"One time, nung nagsu-shooting sila, nawala yung instinct niya as a kontrabida. Nagkaproblema siya. How can she act? 

"So, nilapitan niya itong mga kontrabida icons to ask... para magpatulong siya.

"There's Cherie Gil, Gladys Reyes, Maritoni Fernandez, Odette Khan, Bella Flores... yun yung mga icons.

"So, these contravidas, na female contravidas, as themselves, give her advice. 

"Like, lumapit siya [Rhian] kay Bella Flores, 'O, Tita Bella, paano bang gagawin ko?'

"Me naman, as a [male] contravida, my character interacts with Odette Khan, who plays my mother."

Sambit pa niya, "I'm so thankful to GMA Films for this project."

OUT OF BILLING. Napansin naman ng PEP sa poster-layout ng My Kontabida Girl na wala ang pangalan ni Rob among the cast below-the-title billing.

Rob was unaware of it, maging ang kanyang Icons management team na pinamumunuan ni Atty. Bebong Muñoz. 

Ayon sa dating reality-show contestant, "At first, things were just kinda okay with me. 

"Siguro nga, hindi ko pa talaga alam ang tunay na kulay at pasikut-sikot dito sa showbiz.

"Kaya kahit nate-take for granted or naapi, if I may call it, okey lang.
