Paolo Bediones, TV5 television and radio presenter/news anchor, currently has five shows on his plate.

He works from dawn to midnight hosting Good Morning Club, radio program Sakto Kay Paolo Sakto Kay Cherie, evening newscast Pilipinas News, and weekend programs USI: Under Special Investigation and reality show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition Philippines.

At the press launch of Extreme Makeover yesterday, March 29, at Elements, Centris, Quezon City, Paolo’s co-host, Tessa Prieto-Valdes, remarked that while he does an astounding job as a host, the 38-year-old bachelor barely has time to date.

“Grabe yung ginagawa niya sa buhay niya!” Tessa exclaimed.

The socialite turned TV host also shared an anecdote: “You know what? I gave him a date! He stood [her] up!…

“He’s telling me, ‘Wala akong lovelife, wala akong lovelife,’ whatever. Okay!

"I was like, ‘I have so many chickababes, I want to give you a date!’”

When Tessa did, Paolo’s hectic schedule made it impossible for the date to push through.

Tessa continued, “Anyway, he doesn’t show up! Man, his schedule sucks!”

PAOLO EXPLAINS. While she told this in jest, there is no denying that Paolo works non-stop.

In a brief interview after the press conference proper, Paolo had a bit of explaining to do.

“Hindi, kasi si Tessa, matagal na niya akong gustong i-set up sa mga kaibigan niya.

"Ang problema, siyempre, natatapos ako sa Pilipinas News ng 12 a.m.. Makakauwi ako by 12:30 a.m.

“Yung mga party niya, hanggang mga 1 a.m. So, walang punto kung pupunta pa ako dun sa mga party niya.

“Wala nang tao! Wala na dun yung gusto niyang ipakilala sa akin.”
