Masaya si Zsa Zsa Padilla sa itinatakbo ng career ng kanyang mga anak na sina Karylle at Zia Quizon, na katulad niya’y nasa music industry na rin.

Eksklusibong nakapanayam ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) si Zsa Zsa kahapon, Marso 29, sa set ng pelikulang I Do Bidoo Bidoo sa Liliw, Laguna.

“I was crying,” sabi ni Zsaz Za nang tanungin namin ang kanyang reaksiyon sa pagkapanalo ni Zia ng Favorite New Artist award sa MYX Music Awards.

“It was overwhelming!

"It’s very refreshing kasi a lot of people love Zia, and a lot of artists actually come up to me and say, ‘Your daughter is really fantastic, we love her voice.’

“It’s refreshing to hear her voice, she’s a contra-alto, it’s very rare especially in the Philippines where we are overloaded with sopranos and belters, and we hear this girl with a different voice, with something new to offer.”

COMPARING HER DAUGHTERS. Samantala, hindi naman maiwasan na mapagkumpara ang mga anak niyang sina Karylle at Zia.

Una nang sinabi ni Zia sa isang panayam noon na hindi siya maaaring ikumpara sa kanyang nakatatandang kapatid.

Paliwang ni Zia, “It's just that, you know, we're very different—we have different voices, I guess.

“My influences are more mas rock, RnB, and soul, and jazz

“They are more of mga pop, 'yong mga birit na kanta, which is a different interpretation.”
