Summer is not only for teens and adults; actually, kids also enjoy this time of the year as much as most of us.
Jillian Ward, GMA 7's child wonder and PMPC Star Awards' Best Child Performer of 2012, took advantage of the Holy Week to enjoy the sun, the sand, and the sea.
Last April 6, Jillian—together with her mommy Jennifer, daddy Elson, Jillian's ate Jermaine, her younger sibling Jenel Annika and lola Ana (Jennifer's mom whom Jillian calls Mommy Ana)—went to Potipot Island in Candelaria, Zambales to beat the summer heat.
The whole family stayed at the Mariner's Paradise Resort.
Candelaria, Zambales is a five-hour drive from Manila, while going to Potipot Island is a seven-minute boat ride.

"Super-ganda po doon sa island. Nag-rent po kami ng cottage, 'tapos may videoke pa po. Kumanta po kami," says Jillian who also loves to sing.
"'Tapos po marami po kaming pagkain. Kumain po kami na naka-kamay. Nag-barbecue din po kami.
"And siyempre po, nag-swimming po kami nang nag-swimming," gushes Jillian showing the tan lines of her bathing suit as proof of her three days of frolicking in the beach.
The family stayed in the island until April 8.
