TAPE STATEMENT. Narito ang kabuuang statement ng TAPE:

Earlier today, after the hearing on the criminal case for violation of Republic Act No. 9262 filed by Anna Lyn Manalo against Jose Manalo, TAPE’s lawyers attempted to personally serve upon Anna Lyn a copy of its demand letter, a lawful remedy that was made by TAPE in due course. Their attempts were unsuccessful, in view of the Anna Lyn’s unjustified refusal to receive said letter.

The said letter states TAPE’s demand for Anna Lyn to return Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P700,000.00), representing three (3)  cash bonds previously posted by TAPE for Jose in connection with an estafa case where the latter was impleaded as Anna Lyn’s co-defendant. These cash bonds were previously required by the court for Jose to be able to leave the country for Eat Bulaga’s out-of-the-country shows. Anna Lyn, however, caused the amounts to be released to her and never returned the same to TAPE.

TAPE is entitled to the return of the cash bonds.  The demand for its return was prompted by its desire to recover the same from Anna Lyn and is independent of, or unrelated to, whatever marital differences the spouses Jose and Anna Lyn may now have.
