Claudine Barretto’s camp says they’re ready to face the charges that Charisse Bocboc, NAIA’s ground stewardess, may file against the actress before the Commission on Human Rights.

Charisse Bocboc can sue Claudine for being mentally and verbally abusive but can she WIN? I don't think she could win this case against Claudine unless of course Claudine was physically attacked her and she suffered some broken bones.I witnessed some customers who screams, throws things, curse, insults, threatens the people behind the counter. It seems Ms. Bocboc is lack of training and knowledge on how to deal with rude and angry customer like Claudine.Since a lot of people are furious with this incident, I suggest Ms. Bocboc should just go to the talk shows and and talk about her experinced with Claudine to get even with her.

All Employees even down to the lowest level must be given proper protection and rights by the philippine labor minsitry. It is not right to maltreat, humiliate and curse an employee just because a customer was not happy with the service. This ground stewardess was just a messenger, why shoot her? Claudine's defense that her sudden outburst was due to the emergency medications for her children were left behind was the lamest excuse ever. If these are important medications why would you pack them in your luggage, they must be handcarried in case of emergency use.

STARQUEEN, you're mistaken to use one's level of educaiton to explain why that fashion designer chose the higher ground than take Claudine up to task for her chanteuse antics. Educational background is NOT correlated with one's level of respect, integrity and-or dignity for him-herself or towards another human being. xoxo.

    212. STARQUEEN -The reason why Claudine and Raymart had generated enough guts to do what they did was because they thought Mon was just another "ordinary" citizen who was doing some serious stickybeaking. They didn't have a clue on "WHO" he was and-or his connections, which is SADLY what is generally perceived as vital to get ahead in the Philippines.

The fact of the matter is, the VERBAL ABUSE from Claudine is WRONG ON ALL COUNTS. Swift ANGER MANAGEMENT intervention is in order. Having said that, Ms. Bocboc needs more training on how to effectively deal with ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR FROM CUSTOMERS.

    237. STARQUEEN- One must have a thick skin when dealing with the public. One must know how to diffuse a "ticking time-bomb". Clearly, this kind of work isn't suited for the likes of a Charisse Bocboc. She needs to find a job where there is less interaction with the public especially if she will make a habit out of running to the Human Rights Commission to dob in a verbally abusive customer. xoxo.

    218. ROXIE, to answer your question - If my relative was on the receiving end of an ala "Claudine" deluge then he-she better know how to deal with it properly. If he-she comes back home to me crying then he-she NEEDS MORE TRAINING. xoxo.

Hopefully the Commission on Human Rights stays with this case and pursue an action against this MA TRO NA. Walang pinagaralan talaga ang laos na ito. We still want to know what is in her luggage at naghuramentado siya. Kung ito ay medicine for asthma, dapat nasa hand carry for emergency purposes. Pero naka check in. OK CLAUDINE, WHAT KIND OF MEDICINE IS IN YOUR LUGGAGE ?
