Na-appreciate daw ni Amalia Fuentes ang paghingi ng tawad ni Bianca Gonzalez sa kanya.

Matatandaan na humingi ng tawad si Bianca ang dating movie queen, matapos nitong magsampa ng libel complaint laban sa kanya noong Hunyo 13, sa Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office.

Ani Bianca, “I had no intention whatsoever na ilagay siya sa masamang posisyon.

“I highly respect everything she said, yung opinion niya.

“I understand where she's coming from and hopefully maayos 'to.

“If she got hurt, or if any one got hurt, I'd like to apologize.”

Eksklusibong nakapanayam ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) sa telepono si Amalia ngayong gabi, Hunyo 16, at aming tinanong ang kanyang reaksyon sa paghingi ng tawad ni Bianca.

“I appreciate na [nag]-apologize siya,” malumanay na sagot ng former Movie Queen.

“But still, it doesn’t mean that she’s already off the hook because hindi matutuloy ‘yong one count na ‘yon ng libel without involving her only because, only because, ha… first of all, she wrote something that is irresponsible journalism, sumusulat pa naman siya sa isang broadsheet na hindi naman tabloid ang pinagsulatan niya.

“E, dapat she should be more responsible than the usual... dahil hindi naman niya ako kilala and I’ve been out of the limelight for so long.

“I felt demeaned na isusulat niya ‘yong ako sinagawan ni Annabelle Rama..."

Ang tinutukoy dito ni Amalia ay ang artikulong “Love, Laughter & Intrigues with Eddie & Annabelle,” na lumabas February 12, 2012, sa column ni Bianca "10 Things You Should Know About" sa Philippine Star.
