Comedy King Dolphy in "very critical" condition; vital organs deteriorating

Kasalukuyang nasa kritikal na kalagayan ang Hari ng Komedya na si Dolphy, ayon sa anak nitong si Eric Quizon. Nasa Intensive Care Unit (ICU) ng Makati Medical Center si Dolphy, na napaliligiran ng kanyang mga mahal sa buhay.

Nalampasan niya rin nang sampung beses na pag-atake ng pneumonia mula pa noong kaarawan niya noong nakaraang taon, ayon pa kay Eric.

Samantala, ilang celebrities—gaya ng Megastar na si Sharon Cuneta at ng APO member na si Jim Paredes—ang humingi ng panalangin para sa Comedy King sa pamamagitan ng pagpu-post ng mensahe sa kanilang Twitter accounts.

Ipagdiriwang ni Dolphy ang kanyang ika-84 na kaarawan sa July 25.

    Frankly, pupunta rin si Dolphy d'yan... well y'know what I really mean. People should realize that he deserves the National Artist award, because he made our childhood really good. Of course, without the Comedy King himself, our life would be boring, but I hope he would be given one more chance to live.

    Ang sabi sa article dito na VITAL ORGANS ARE DETERIORATING isa lang ang ibig sabihin nyan wala na tayong magagawa.even if we say a little prayer to him our prayer is no longer a help.in medical terms sooner or later he may pass away kung baga sa kasabihihan PAGORAS MO,ORAS MO NA..Now ORAS NA MANG DOLPHY.but still we are hoping for a miracle but a little chance it's up to god.Mabuti na yon atleast papaano matatangap ng pamilya niya na hangang doon nalang talaga ang buhay ng kanilang ama..lahat namn tayo ay doon papapunta....

    I cannot imagine this world without him and maybe because I grew up seeing him in almost anything so am greatly saddened by this news. Still, he is in pain and my prayers for him is that God blesses him more and stops him from hurting. Mang Dolphy, you have been a blessing to so many, my family included. I only wish that we can do more for you in this time that you really do need it. And so, you have my prayers and God's will be done. You are in God's good graces. We love you!

    Banner ng Philstar on line ngayon "DOLPHY DESERVES NA AWARD' of course he does pero kong gagawin lang ngayon parang OA na ang dating . Do you think RVQ will appreciate it physically considering his current state of health....It's too late just give him an honorable burial at Libingan ng mga Bayani.

    ang taong may COPD lalo nat matanda na ay mahihirapan nang maka recover pag tinamaan na nang pneumonia. kailangan na ni mang dolphy na mamahinga dahil nahihirapan na siya. usually tinatanggal ang ventilator pag nakakakita nang improvement sa pasyente pero pag nahirapan huminga ulit ay ibinabalik iyon. nahihirapan lang lalo ang pasyente pag ikinabit ang ventilator dahil ipinapasok sa loob nang lalamunan mo iyon para makahinga ka nang maluwag. maka recover man siya ay mahina na rin siya at bibigay at bibigay na rin ang katawan niya.     Wishing Mang Dolphy the very best of all intents. Sometimes, letting go would be more practical and more appropriate for the patience and the loved ones. Whatever the decision, let it be for the good of the patient, and not firstly for the people around him.

    I don't want to sound negative and preachy but death is inevitable. If Mang Dophy is ready to face his Creator, he is more than happy to leave. He is surely suffering. Ipagdasal na lang natin na makayanan nya ang pinagdadaanan nya ngayong sakit, na wala siya maramdamang paghihirap. And if it is God's will to say "let's go", it will be peaceful and painless.

    Agree doslugi. So sad may mga taong ganyan-- utterly rude and ill-bred. How could they afford 2 b flippant about a serious matter like that? Despicable. Anyways, mang dolp, b strong po, God loves u, He sees ur needs. May u feel His grace and peace that surpasses all understanding.

    dreamcacao wala na tayong magagawa sa ganyang klase ng tao. hindi ko alam kung san nya nakuha yung ganyang ugali. i dont even know kung tao ba yan or si lucifer.
