    Definitely ABS is looking like this will be the year it sinks to the bottom. Its ad load is pathetic it is reliance with 2 or 3 companies. Its ad load in daytime is so light halos walang ads na kang makita at kung mayroon man, iyong galing sa isang company na palubog na worldwide.

    Ano ba naman ang ABS talagang todo depende na lang sa skycable para mapataas ang ratings niya. Pero bakit ganoon santambak na ang colgate palmolive ads sa primetime bakla. Talagang kailangan pataasin ang ratings ng serye ng reyna ng mga bkala para naman masabing hindi todo fmega flop at super laosian na ang career ng reyna ng mga bakla ng ABS.

    GMA DOMINATE DAYTIME SWIP ALL THE SHOWS. ABS RULE PRIMETIME. I'm not a fan of GMA7 pero reality speaking almost all the swiped by GMA. Yung kanila Piolo this week lang naman nag rate kas patapos na. kaunti lang ang deperensya ng Princess and I sa Luna Blanca. Pero naman sa Walang Hanggang - Walang hanggan ko din silang susuportahan! The best! Can't wait for the Lorenzo Time! Timeless nanaman ang rating nyan! -Paunti unti makukuha na ng ABS ang PRIMETIME! Haha

    "ratings is more important than ad minutes" It's troubling to see comments such as these. What's the point of high ratings if a show does not garner advertisements? You see, the advertising industry is not ignorant, they don't solely base their decisions on ratings alone, of course they take in consideration, the target markets of each show. Take for example, KrisTV, it is rating poorly yet still has reached a year of airing and is still airing; and of course, they have good ad minutes. Why? compared to animes, which is rating almost double KrisTV, KrisTV targets audiences that have the most purchasing capability, animes target children and young adults teens, which have no or very minimal purchasing capability while in KrisTV, it targets female adults, around 20-40 years of age, which obviously the opposite of anime viewers.

    Good points here! I am sure our TV people are not stoopid to eat the numbers raw. Depende talaga yan sa demographics ng audience mo. There are particular ad placement that targets specific type of audience. Kaya nga kahit mababa ang ratings ng ABS minsan, mataas pa rin ang revenue share nila compared GMA because the type of audience make the difference. Alam na ng mga Kafuso ang ibig kong sabihin. He he.

    Almost all the shows dominate by GMA7 only 3-4 shows of primetime lang nakukuha ng ABS minsan nauungusan pa. Yung walang hanggan lang naman ang maganda at nag rerate talaga. :

    panong di matatalo ng ABS ang GMA sa primetime eh halos puro drama na rin ang nasa GMA eh common knowledge na forte ng ABS ang primetime drama at GMA eh primetime fantaserye and forte...GMA should make another epic fantaserye para bumalik uli sila sa primetime..unless nagtitipid na naman lol!

    Common knowledge na magaling sa drama ang ABS? Bakit sigurado ka bang angta ang serye ni Piolo na ngayon lang kung kailan matatapos saka lang tumataas daw ang ratings. O kaya naman iyong princess diaries at walang hanggang na huwag kang kukurap ang ad sponsors. Common knowledge naman na sa tamparing ng ratings lang magaling ang ABS courtesy of skycable.

    3 months and 3 weeks po ang My Beloved and it has completed it's run...basing sa plot ng My Beloved walang point to extend it further...FYI, extended na ito ng 2 weeks dahil 1 season lang dapat ang schedule nito...while si Angel artista pa ba? di kasi ako nanonood ng Tagalog na movie...
