First time na makasama ni Gabby Eigenmann bilang solo artist sa listahan ng YES! 2012 100 Most Beautiful Stars.

Present si Gabby sa ginanap na press launching ng naturang special issue ng yes! sa Richmonde Hotel sa Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City, noong Lunes, July 2.

Ayon sa aktor, “Well, I think, it’s my second time to be featured here and first time na solo.

“Nasa Solid Support category, although actually, kahit anong category naman na ilagay, okay lang. Basta ma-consider na isa sa 100 Most Beautiful Stars.”

Nagulat ba siya nang malaman niya ito?

“Actually oo. When I was asked to do the photo shoot, nagulat ako. I was surprised.

"But then again, na-realize ko na parang, I guess, I’m doing something right in the industry, probably, para mapansin, para mapili ako to be part of it.

“I guess, I was probably doing the right thing. 

"Sabi ko nga, hindi ko naman hinangad na maging superstar.

“I was just probably doing the right thing, doing my thing. 

"I guess, yung pagkapanalo ko siguro sa Golden Screen Awards [as Best Supporting Actor in A Drama Series] ay malaking bagay.”

FRUITFUL YEAR. Hindi maitatanggi ni Gabby na ang 2011 at hanggang sa taong ito na 2012 ang isa sa magandang taon niya sa showbiz.

“Yes, very memorable yun sa akin," nakangiti niyang sabi.

"Aside from doing Munting Heredera for almost a year, 'tapos nanalo pa.

'“Tapos bago pa matapos ang Heredera, nabigyan na ako ulit ng kasunod na project—which is yung Broken Vow...

"Na they made me taste of a lifestyle of being a leading man for a while, pero okay lang.”
