STILL OVERWHELMED. Bagamat naumpisahan na niya ang kanyang training, hanggang ngayon ay halos hindi pa rin makapaniwala si Queenierich na siya na ang bagong Miss World Philippines.

“I didn’t know talaga that I was gonna win it.

“Actually, I thought that [Mary Anne] was gonna win.

“But no’ng tinawag iyong name niya as first runner up, super talagang nagulat ako because I didn’t expect it.

“Same with all the special awards, 'tapos ito na I’m the new Miss World [Philippines], super nakaka-overwhelm so sa stage as in parang shocked lang talaga ako.”

GRATEFUL FOR SUPPORT. Patuloy naman na nagpapasalamat ang tatlo sa suportang ibinigay sa kanila ng publiko, lalo na ng kanilang pamilya at malalapit na kaibigan, sa kabuuan ng pagsali nila sa Miss World Philippines pageant.

Ayon kay Mary Anne, “The feeling was it actually helped us kasi when you’re on stage and you know that there’s a lot of people supporting you, especially if you see them—your family. your friends—on stage it makes you feel like you wanna give it your best.

“And when you walk, you start to feel like you’re the most beautiful woman especially [in the eyes of] the supporters.

“So, it’s very overwhelming at the same time you feel the love and support coming from the audience. It feels good.”

Kuwento naman ni April Love, "Ako naman I’ve been joining pageants since I was in high school, so my family and friends have been always there to support me.

“The thing with Miss World is when I joined, my mom kasi she was always the stage mother, but this time I told her na, ‘Just chill, Mom. I can do this.’

“I’ve been in different pageants na. I’ve joined international modeling contests na rin. So this time, 'Be the audience and just relax,’ sabi ko sa kanya.

“And then she did, kaso she can’t help it so pagdating ng coronation night, she‘s the one talaga who shouted and cheered for me the loudest.”

Katulad ng pamilya at mga kaibigan nina Mary Anne at April Love, proud na proud rin siyempre ang mga tagasuporta ni Queenierich sa kanyang naabot.

Kaya naman umaasa si Queenierich na mas pagtibayin pa nila ang kanilang suporta lalo’t sasabak na siya sa international pageant.
