Just a few minutes after news that King of Comedy Dolphy passed away came out, the Twitter world was flooded with claims that Dolphy was still alive. But a few minutes later, it was confirmed by Dolphy's partner, Zsa Zsa Padilla.

RIP PIDOL. I have many wonderful happy memories as a child and watching John and Marsha plus all your movies with my family was one of them. I agree about the comment on the National Artist Controversy wherein some thick faced politicians wants to spin the story for their own benefit. This senseless stupid issue degrades Dolphy and all his great achievements. Tunay na mabait na tao si Dolphy so I'm sure he respects the process.

A lot of Pinoys here in the US are extremely sad with Dolphy's passing. He was a legend and the one and only King of Philippine Comedy. My heart and prayers goes to his family and love ones. Sana lang, POLITICOS need to stop using the National Artist issue for their own self gain at para lang mapagusapan.
