“Opo, doon lang po ako nanghihinayang, na sana, they give out projects not only to me, but the other deserving artists of Artist Center. 

“Nasasayangan lang po ako sa ibang talents,” sabi ni Dominic.

A few months ago ay nag-resign ang dating head ng GMA Artist Center na si Ida Henares. Paano naapektuhan ang mga contract artists, gaya ni Dominic, sa pagkawala ni Henares?

“Honestly, hindi ko po masasabi, e,” sagot niya. 

“A lot of people or a lot of talents are having problems rin. It’s not only me who feels this way. Pero they’re fixing it naman. 

“Like this, wala namang problema sa kanila. I asked them if I can do this film [Ang Nawawala], if I could do this project, ‘coz I really thought it will be a nice project to do. Sayang, e, sayang…

“Sana a lot of artists would try to do indie. Kasi, it’s really an eye-opener and it’s really a good experience for everyone.”

OFFERS FROM OTHER NETWORS. Sa panahong exclusive artist siya ng Kapuso network, may natanggap ba siyang offers mula sa ibang networks?

“Yeah,” pag-amin ni Dominic. 

“I have to turn them down. Wala po akong magagawa, I’m exclusive to GMA.”

Sa pag-usad ng showbiz career ni Dominic, may pagkakataon bang nainip o nagtanong siya, lalo na ang pagbibida sa pelikula?

“I leave that to Artist Center. Sila na po bahala. 

“If they think I’m ready na for a lead role movie, so I’m just waiting…”

Hindi ba siya nag-iisip na naunahan siyang magbida sa film ng kakambal niyang si Felix?

“Hindi… it will come. Patient lang… you just have to have patience.”
