Aniya, “I was there to meet with the Chelsea Football Club because they’re going to put up a Chelsea football school here in the Philippines.

“We had a meeting with Chelsea about the plans for the school, and I also had to sort out some personal things over there.”

CHELSEA FC SOCCER SCHOOL PHILIPPINES.

Ayon kay Phil, “Before football became popular [in the Philippines], to get Chelsea to invest in the Philippines, they would charge a lot of money.

“But now they’ve approached us with an interest to start a school, and it shows how far football has come along in the Philippines.”

“It’s about creating more opportunities for kids, for the youngsters. One of the things in the Philippines, sometimes, is there is a lack of opportunity.

“As I said before [in other interviews], me and my brother played 60-70 games per year in England.

"But here in the Philippines, they only play 15-20 games a year, so we’re trying to create as many opportunities [to play].

“Hopefully, with Chelsea, they could beef up the quality of coaches they bring, being the high level club that they are.

“It will give the kids the chance to become better football players.”

Any sport is healthy, hindi mo ba alam yan?Dapat i encourage natin ang sport , ang dahilan ,self explanatory. Yon lang.

agree ako dyan avid reader. Phil and James would often conduct trainings for free. And Phil in one interview said, before Football are only for the rich, but he and his brother had goals. One is to make it accessible for the less fortunate so they offered trainings at affordable prices. They want football to be popular not because of MONEY but because they want talented and gifted players to be able to play and make use of thier skills.
